Slept pretty well. Got over 7 1/2 hours. That is good in figuring out how far I will drive later on.

I have never used a rest room on an airplane
I have flown as far west as Alaska and as far east and south as Nairobi Kenya

Yesterday was "fun"
Left house at 6 AM and drove to Hollis NH. Just out of the Glen Radar range.
127 miles in 2 hours.
Unloaded a 20 x 8 foot pod stuffed like a sausage.
Moved everything into the driveway
My wife and the home owner were shuttling stuff onto the back porch
Owners daughter showed up and she and I moved all the furniture into the house. She was a godsend.
Filled up the front porch as well.
Worked for 5 straight hours.
Homeowner wanted to show off her granddaughter so we drove 10 miles to see other daughter and granddaughter. Stayed there for about 90 minutes.
Drove 147 miles home. Took 495 instead of 128/95 for the extra 20 miles which took less time.

1st time ever moving someone into a 1st floor or 1 story home.

Sore but not sore as I thought I would be. The arthritis in my back is what is bothering me the most.

Didn't eat anhthing other than a YUGE donut at 6AM. Drank about 120 oz of powerade and water and only peed once before I got home. Wife was a little perplexed that the homeowner didn't offer to feed us because she know that if the roles were reversed I would have brought everyone out or ordered their favorites.

Slept for than 5 hours for the 1st time in about a year. Got 7 hours sleep.

Not bad for a fat 60 year old if I do say so myself
