So only one first rounder to sign their rookie deal. Bengals playing Chinese checkers by themselves.

I find it funny 4th round pick Jack Kiser has not signed yet. What is a 4th round pick holding out for.

Any thoughts on Bryce Young this year? Kinda feel like his prices are at a point where it wouldn't hurt to buy in and see what happens (a lot more approachable than other QBs in similar situations anyway)

I did that with Jared Goff and it paid off. But I can’t see it with Bryce especially in Carolina. He’s still really young though just 23.

He had a couple games where he did well last year but yeah I don't know much about Carolina as an org. They did add Tetairoa McMillan who supposedly will be pretty good.

I heard today that Trevor Lawrence says "This is the year I need to really turn it on".

T-Law is like so many young middle-of-the-road QBs in the league who won't amount to a hill of beans when all is said and done. All sizzle, no steak. Hype is all they have.

Most, if not all of them will fall by the wayside like hot one minute, flashes in the pans Mac Jones, Nick Mullens, Taylor Heinecke, Gardner Minshew, Daniel Jones the list goes on and on. I can't tell one from the other.

These 6 better do something significant next year

Bryce Young
Dak Prescott (Every year with this guy. Dude's one injury away from being the next Derek Carr)
Trevor Lawrence
Justin Fields
Kyler Murray
Anthony Richardson

Von Miller to the Commanders.
Disappointed that the Broncos did not find a place for him

49ers may start the ball rolling with 2nd round picks starting to sign as they sign the 43rd overall pick. Guarateed $9 million of his $10.3 million deal. $2 million increase in guaranteed money over last years 43rd overall pick.

Do you think ex-Bucs OC can do the same for Sunshine as he did for Baker?

I have 100% more faith in Liam Coen's capabilities as T-Law's HC than I do Dave Canales capabilities as HC of Bryce Young.

I think Dave Canales is an A-hole. And based on what I have read on some Bucs fan-sites, he wasn't particularly well liked by the front office or the players.

Coen, on the other hand, was respected and highly regarded by the Bucs players, I think he's going to do just fine in Jacksonville. Can he reach T-Law the same way he reached Baker?

No clue.

The difference is, Baker was already on the upward trajectory, and is hungry for recognition and to shake the fart-stench of Cleveland off of him, plus he always walks around with a chip on his shoulder, wanting to prove that he's not some castaway QB.

Coen simply said OK, Baker I'm gonna help you take that next step, and he did. Says a lot about Baker imho.

Does T-Law have that fire in him? I would say nah. He comes across as smug with nothing to prove, just there to collect a pay-check. Totally different personalities.

Watt getting Garrett money is not surprising. As always with these contracts, the details are important. How much of an out do the Steelers have after year two. So Crosby, Garrett, and now Watt each upped the bar. Hutch is going to ask for an extension after this year. Obviously he has to have a monster season, but he is going to want big money. I don't think he is worth raising the bar again, but the floor has certainly been raised. His contract will start with a 3.

No one from Clamson likes UGA. UGA owns them 44-18-4 in the lopsided series. The Dawgs have beaten them 8 out of 9 times and that one time was a 3 pt fluke. Thats why they say that the Clamson helmet logo is a Bulldog B-Slap on the side of their helmet.

Clamson has ONE win since 1990. 35 years haha
