Advice for an in-home office chair?
I'm looking to get an ergonomic chair for my home office. I have struggled with pain in the mid section of my back for years, and sitting for 9-10 hours a day is starting to take a toll on my back. I do have a standing office desk, and spend roughly 20 minutes standing to every half hour sitting. Even so, by the end of the day I can hardly take the pain that is in my back.
Any advice? From what I've seen the HBada H3 may be an option that is appealing if anyone has that by chance?
