I think that as long as MPJ was around, they wouldn't have made it.

Cam Johnson is a legit 3rd best player. They should contend the next 2 years and they are under the luxury tax now.

Don't know why the Lakers don't hire Bryant Reeves to replace Pelinka.

Are they stupid?

Jamal
Braun
Johnson
Gordon
Jokic

Bruce Brown
Holmes??
Watson??
Strawther??

I like Cam Johnson, and 2023 Bruce Brown is an upgrade over 2025 Westbrook. Not sure if 2025 BB is = to 2023 BB; will give benefit of doubt. But that team still has pretty seriously depth issues unless I’m missing something. I think this playoffs extended playoff rotations from 7-8 to 9-10, and I’m not sure the Nuggets have 9 playable guys even after these moves. Definitely moving in the right direction though.

Burks and GTJ should both be on their target list. They're desperately in need of consistent outside shooters.

I think GTJ re-signed with Milwaukee? Honestly haven’t watched Burks since his 2021 Knicks days but will take your word for it.

According to the tracker GTJ isn't linked yet (perhaps its a bit dated?).

Burks ain't a world beater, but plenty fine as bench fodder especially if you need floor spacing. 43% from 3 with potential 20+ point upside when he's in the Jamal Crawford zone.

Unfortunately his time with Detroit was spent with their logjam of guards and now with Ivey returning.

I’ll bet you a hippo NFT that GTJ goes back to the Bucks. 2years/7.5million sounds right…

You know my obsession with defense, Ninja. I don’t wanna hear about points…can he move his feet?! But seriously the question is whether he can survive OKC switching Shai onto him possession after possession for as long as he’s on the court.

You dun f'd up with the hangry hippo proposition.

Pretty much the only thing I need to complete my .gif bucket clection.

Let me put it this way: he's not a defensive liability. And probably won't see Shay anyways cuz youth pastor's anchoring the important minutes.

If anything, he's going to have to keep his feet shuffled on closeouts to make sure Isaiah Joe doesn't knock down uncontested 3's.

Shams says you’re gonna need 2 hangry hippos now.

Tbf now they’ve sent flat-earther MPJ into orbit maybe they’ll be more open to the concept of rotation on defense…

Neutral defender + positive shooter sounds good to me.

Nuggets just need a shooter and a big and they should be done. They can use Saric's expiring and their exceptions for that.

I'm not sure Brown cracks the rotation, Braun should go to the bench. But they have 5 of their 7-8 player rotation for the playoffs set, they only need to fill in the gaps.

MPJ for dude from High School Musical was dastardly dirty work.

Glad to see Brooklyn continually self-sabotaging for the greater good of actual NBA franchises.

Is Saric still a valid NBA player? Like actually?

I can't believe he was runner up ROY. I don't care the circumstances.

Now he looks genuinely afraid every time the ball comes his way during his 30 seconds on the floor. Denver surely only keeping him around so Joker has someone to debate euro geopolitics with on the bench.

Calvin Booth gave Saric a player option. Westbrook got one too. So did Zeke Nnaji, in the final year of his *4 year* contract. Sounds like Malone didn’t handle the situation well, but pretty wild they got fired on the same day considering these contracts are public record.

Calvin playing chess in 1d. Have to wonder if he was working as a Brooklyn operative all along.

Hope Malone gets picked up by the Knicks. He deserves some kind of compensation for that shafting.

Bruh. Fakers really out here signing discord gooners.

Folks need to stop trippin out on the memphis-to-LA culture shock concerns. He was built for this. The chemistry is going to be unprecedented.

Yeah with the Wolves signing Reid and Randle there was no way NAW was staying there. The Hawks let Clint walk and are taking a chance with NAW

Exactly this...
And the closest team to almost beat OKC in the playoffs was Denver.
Bubble Lakers beat the Denver with 3 big man (AD, D12 and Mcgee)

They are planning to physically beat everyone

The problem is, if you don't pay him, someone else will.

It just seems a terrible waste of money.

He hasn't been good anywhere for ages

QQ, looking at their roster, you think Flagg can get past 10-12ppg?
