If he is found not guilty tomorrow the league and the Rays are going to not be very happy. The Rays would still be on the hook for his contract even if MLB suspends him for years.

If he is found guilty and serves time in jail the Rays will not have to pay his contract and MLB will suspend him. If this were the case could there be a scenario where he can ever go back to the US?

No way he gets a visa and if he can't get a visa the Rays won't have to pay him. Personal service contracts require specific performance, and if he can't enter the US a/o Canada, then that's that.

I just stated I had a bunch of BIN’s in my cart. They don’t necessarily have to be of WF

But yes, if found not guilty and he plays in the MLB I would buy his cards. He was 22 at the time and his GF was 16. 6 years of age difference is not that big of deal when dealing with >18yo. She was under age and that’s a no no (if true/found guilty in a court of law).

In most States in the USA one could get married at 16 with the parent’s blessing.
