I had 5,694 listings and noticed that 151 had renewed yesterday, so i wanted to end those and sell similar since that had just passed 30 days. I ended those 151 listings, and went to my ended listings page and there were only 123 ended listings there.
Now I have noticed in the past that the ended listings page doesn't populate immediately, so i gave it a few minutes, but it stayed at only 123 ended listings. I know I ended 151 listings because I did it in 3 stages (100, 50, and 1). I went to check my total listings and there should have been 5,543, but there were 5,571, (which is 5,694 minus 123), but I know it was 151. Upon seeing that, I went and filtered by "time left" and my oldest listings have 2 days left in their 30 day cycle and my newest listings have 25 days left in their 30 day cycle. If those 28 listings that were past 30 days, THAT I KNOW I ENDED, stayed on eBay (as my total listings indicate), then where are they because I have no listings past 30 days? I cant even search them out in my inventory because I have no idea which cards they were. What the heck do I do now? Call eBay? Take stock of my entire inventory? Have a beer and just forget about it? Other?

That's a nightmare and I do sell similar daily, so I will be keeping my eye out. I would suggest downloading your active listings and pairing them in your spreadsheet. I usually use a SKU to track my listings, which if you don't, I suggest you do in the future. If you do this, you can pair your item #, expiration date to your spreadsheet with a formula to your inventory SKU. I do this and would be able to narrow down your problem fairly quickly. Good luck!

This definitely happens to me, although not quite at that scale. I audit my inventory every September and always find some cards that I thought were listed but aren't. I had the exact scenario happen recently, but I only lost one listing. Also, I don't even know if it was lost. I ended 200 and 199 showed up. Given your report I'm going to assume it's lost and I'll find it in a few months when I do my audit.
Another thing to note is I've had quite a few duplicate listings sell, including one that sold at auction on Wednesday night, then was somehow relisted and sold at BIN on Thursday morining. My transaction defects are now up to 0.3% (from 0%) over the last few weeks due to this.

Had this happen to me a couple of months ago, about 3 days later the missing cards finally showed up in ended. It took some work but I figured out which ones were missing and was able to manually list them (as I save off all my images).
