I guess my reverse jinx worked - went from assembly (no check) to completing since I posted this. Dual 10s on a 2017 Bowman Acuna Auto that I cracked from BGS (was 9.5/9.5/9.5/10 w 10 auto)

Not the update I was expecting. So now I have an order 1 day in R&ID and another order 43 days in R&ID.

x3 issues with PSA.

1. Still haven’t had a Value Plus order hit my vault after grading and it’s been MONTHS. Where are these cards?

2. Sent cards to my vault address it says they were left with someone a week ago (according to USPS tracking) and PSA has not even told me they received it, for all I know it’s lost or stolen.

3. Not as bad but I submitted another value plus order and they “order arrived” 5 business days ago but it’s still not in the system under orders.

PSA needs to contact me an it needs to be a higher up, this is crazy. I do not recommend this company.

Yeah most of the stuff I sent to PSA are past their completion time lately.. Not a good sign, they used to be almost a month ahead of it

called PSA yesterday and they said that they dont consider the bulk delayed because it moved hands/had internal notes on the order the day before. it moved internally. They only consider it delayed at this point if it's been stationary for more than two weeks.

i submitted a voucher request for my most recent vintage bulk order that 'finished' in 65 days when supposed to be 45 days. They emailed back and said that since it took a month before order prep after receiving, it was actually 43 days and right on schedule. just noting for anyone else confused by when the timeline actually starts. She also said that the time between completing stage and actually shipping out doesn't count either.

I have tested 3 times now. Send one or two cards in at value plus and combine the order and they both with go into Research and ID at the same time ...maybe not everytime just in case it was a fluke but I tried 3 times with and 3 without a Value plus everytime it took 3 week to get into R&I versus 3 days or less with the VP order. (All in late 2024 through this last week.

I flagged one of the two has having an incorrect label once it got through R/ID. And there is a note, “One or more of your items is in review. Order processing will continue.” It is a pretty obvious mislabel, curious what the timeline is for it to finish their review after flagging it before grading is completed?

And second issue not exactly PSA related, but COMC sent me a card out of the blue. I tried to contact them that I didn’t order it and found the eBay listing, but crickets from them when I asked for a shipping label to send it back. Anything else I could do? Feel bad for whoever actually purchased it.

I had one that was marked wrong in one of my orders that I noted the same time, and it really didn't add any extra time to the R&ID. My last order was on R&ID for about 6 weeks, so you have a while for yours to get to grading. When they get to the graded stage, that's when you should see that they updated the mislabel.

It got out of R/ID already it has been in grading now for 2 weeks, which is still way ahead of the estimated completion date, but I think it slowed the order down.

Is this normal, its still on "Order Arrived" which is before the 1st step imo and its 6/28 already... should I message them?
