I bought just the poster ... I actually bought one of each poster and they were all nicely rolled in a triangular shipping box IIRC.

They are giving me the run around. I emailed them in 3 different locations once on May 27th then June 6th and again yesterday June 9th.

Yesterday brought two different answers. One said they will replace the damaged photo. The other said I need to use Route which I have no idea what that is. When I went to the website Route is only for lost or stolen. You send an email with photos of the damaged or wrong item.

The envelope was never marked "do not bend photo inside". There was no top loader or instead two thick pieces of cardboard around the photo. My mail carrier folded it in half and shoved it in my mailbox. The envelope doesn't even lie flat and it is a thick one too.

I didn't know if I was the only one having a problem. He had a sale on signed photos I did a pre-order.

I read online that if they agree that there is a problem they would send you a shipping label and you return it and it sounds like you get your money back. I don't want a photo in a role I don't know. A head shot would be one thing. I'm really on edge. It shouldn't have taken so long to reply to me and now I'm getting the run around.

Checking in on this.. were they ever able to assist you?

I'm not a "big" fan of Maroon 5 but I'm still a fan of them (basically not a groupie but enjoy their music).

I also see an opportunity with these. Added 4 more (discounted) CDs too.

Goal is to add some (and gift some to fam/friends) for free when all said and done.

I'm far from an expert, only possessing limited experience with selling signed CDs.

Worst case scenario, an inexpensive gift for fam/friends. But free is always better

Just going by Ebay sales of signed cds, doesn't seen like much demand for Maroon5 signed stuff. Their biggest hit was 'Moves Like Jagger' in 2010, so people would probably most want to own the re-released album from 2011, "Hands All Over", that features that song on it, signed. Either that or their first album, "Songs About Jane", which came out in 2003.

I purchased some of the new Maroon 5 items myself but have recently heard that they have used autopen in the past. I probably will not open them until I see what other people have posted. If they are autopen, I will probably try to return them.

Vast majority of artists seem to use autopen these days.

Fortunately, if they don't accept returns, you can file a chargeback.

WVH/Mammoth The End is all over the place today. take your pick and color/format, their site, walmart, newbury, etc.

last release was all over the place and might just be a scribble or WVH in some manner or something good.

Just be aware.. chargebacks are not a guarantee, they can easily be reversed.. and that's happened to me multiple times before

He's a notoriously difficult autograph, so even a scribble might be good.
