What is 100% truth is the image below. Remember when everyone was calling out PSA for having their own branded vending machine? Turns out it was another company or PSA backed out because of the backlash. TAG is a private company and doesn't have to disclose any detailed financial information including investors.

Where is Stephen Kass? Once you see someone like Kass disappear from the public eye from a company that was once their spokesperson, it is very evident that leadership has changed or another company is going to acquire the asset. One of Beezie's investor groups purchasing TAG is what I am thinking is the most likely right now. Someone like Marshland Capital Group or Moonrock Capital will be my insane guess with no evidence to back it up.

With PSA and Backyard both partnered with gamestop, and Nat and at least one other Collectors board member early investors into whatnot, the optics look horrible.

With all the various posts/videos on the topic, PSA (management) are obviously aware.

Humorously, psa was quick to deactivate this laughable "10" that recently sold through Fanatics (pwcc). Look at all that surface damage (missing foil). No time to comment on the backyard partnership, but Nat/Ryan were quick to deactivate a card that was shared with them over the same weekend.

I could only watch for a couple minutes on TikTok. I wanted to comment but I'd have to register for an account and I'm not doing that. I didn't see any PSA employees, just a big PSA advertisement behind the breakers. It's almost the end of the regular workday on the East Coast. Hopefully there are no minors around as the building starts to empty.
