Could you fill in some blanks here How many what would you do?

Mostly 4 What for .1 what? 8 what for .2 what? and so on.

It would depend on the cards, how thick/rigid they are. It would also depend on if you charge for shipping or not, and if you do, do you charge more per card after the first.

Because I do charge for shipping, and I do charge extra for each card after the first when all are paid for at the same time, I have never used the 2oz rate. For 1 card I use the 1oz rate, for 2-5 cards I use the 3oz rate....for 6 cards or more I upgrade shipping from PWE to BMWT.

The tracking on these ESUS envelopes have been atrocious lately, and the unsavory recipients are taking advantage.

Had to file a pip claim last month only to have the tracking updated as delivered 2 days later.

How have 3 more envelopes still showing "in transit" when they should have/most likely have already been delivered.

I've had zero scans on last three sent out

More than usual here as well and people hitting the claim button way too soon as well.

Had two close because recipients received two days later.

The number of people opening INR cases on these is getting stupid. Some are even opening them when tracking shows delivered. I block anyone who opens an INR. There's no way in hell the lost mail on these is 1000x the rate Ground Advantage. That is not a typo. I've sent at least 20000 1st Class/GA over the last few decades and have had one or two fall off the planet. I've had at least 20 ESE INRs in the last two years.

So I too have had a ton of INR's on ESE's over the last year or so. Sometimes these people open claims way too early and I'm forced to refund and eventually file a PIP. And I know for a fact that a lot of these are actually delivered when in fact they never show a scan or tracking stops mid transit.

I have a hunch that there are sh1tty buyers buying near $20 listings with ESE as the shipping method knowing they'll get a free card when the tracking goes ghost yet still gets delivered. Then claim it never showed up. Rinse repeat.

I think somebody tried to start a thread to out this type of buyer to help protect the Blowout eBay sellers who use ESE shipping, but I don't think it caught on.

That was me like 3 years ago and everyone lashed out at the idea, because at the time ebay refunded even when tracking showed delivered.

The Help page still says you have to wait 30 days to file a PIP claim. It's 15 days now, right?
We should all flood the "Give Feedback" link on that Help page to get them to update that information and to express dissatisfaction with the amount of time buyers have to wait to file INR. There may be a Help page on that too. (I gave feedback on the Android app and assume the same thing exists on other platforms...)
One of the feedback reason codes even had an "I disagree with eBay's policy" choice.
