Probably similar to last years s1, one headliner on the Canadiens and then a few 2nd tier guys. Not great not horrible.

Demidov will carry the hobby value for this crop for sure - hyped, Montreal, etc, etc.

I do think its a really fun crop of defencemen. Buium and Parekh should both be point producing dmen, PP1 QB types. One of Rinzel or Lev should emerge eventually as 1D on the Hawks.

Have to imagine if Buium and/or Parekh stick around we'll see at least one of them in the Calder race next year too along with Demidov.

I'd bet on Rinzel being the early breakout for the Hawks. Lev will be fine, but I could see him spending a bit of time in Rockford next year. Rinzel is likely to stick and get lots rope to figure things out.
