I almost believed in the Clippers. After game three I was one game away from making the Clippers my personal favorite to win it all.
I should have known better. They might win game 6, but I should not have trusted them. That's on me. Sent from my motorola razr 2024 using Tapatalk

![]() Blowout logic. Hyper fixation on one thing to the exclusion of all other facts to fit a narrative. Fernando Tatis Sr. hit two grand slams in one inning. Babe Ruth never did that. Therefore Fernando Tatis Sr. has eclipsed the Sultan of Swat. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Watch the series... Cavs will win you over and you'll be rooting for them over Hali's dad.

The Nomad character arc is amazing
It's not rare or valuable but this is my favorite Okoro card with 4 of everybody's favorite parallel. Go Cavs! ![]()

Makes no sense. Either of the bros would have also made a driving lay-in against a spent and injured Giannis, though not with the same Panini Instant flourish. In other news, it's snowing in Reno. Locals celebrate the fact that global warming doesn't exist. Oh and yes, Hali is more valuable to a long term winning system than Giannis. Absolutely. You want your key guy to selflessly pass and orchestrate, and have as low a turnover-to-assist ratio as possible. Last edited by Nomad; 04-30-2025 at 10:48 AM. |

By the way, the Nesmith - Giannis greeting, which was what I tracked most closely, was brief but heartfelt, like two equal competitors. I think that's what Benn reacted to. He basically felt demeaned or patronized by whatever Giannis said, like he was implying he was not really having the role he wished on the '25 Pacers. (I think he actually wanted to recruit him to the Bucks or whatever team he lands on to be a primary small forward)
The way Math feels, that was a slight. Also he was really angry at the way Bucks inflicted injuries a couple times and standing up for teammates. Quote:
I am considering an Origins auto /99 an equivalent, as I am working on a One and One rainbow (with printing plate) and have none to spare. Let me clarify, the on-card Origins, which has special resonance, as it was the first Double A auto I got, from a local collector, way back in '21. Does this work? Win or loss, I want to see the Rockets play well tonight. I know they're a good team.
The Lakers and Wolves will be an interesting game. Let's see how the Lakers play when the pressure cooker is on. Ant Man has really played well. I hope he keeps it up. Sent from my motorola razr 2024 using Tapatalk

Just Lol at Cavs fans being annoyed nobody likes their boring team.
Winning you'll find, is boring. Especially when you're a consistent winner..you have a long way to go to get to the Spurs level. I heard it for 2 decades. It wasn't until the 2014 title that people liked them...

I hope the Lakers have their hearts broken.
You can usually see the moment in a series where LeBron gives up. If the Lakers get up early and then Minny come back and make it close, we'll get our moment.

That being said, you are right though. Not all teams and not all wins are equal.... the Cavs 1 championship in 2016 is more memorable and more talked about than all 5 of the Spurs championships combined. Glad I got to be there in person to see that.

TBH, I like him.
I feel like he's one of the folks who I can have a completely different take than and still not hold it personally against him. Sort of like our view on the Browns draft... I see it differently than you, but I really hope you're right and will gladly say so if down the road you are.

Props to Houston for not rolling over.
This one's gotta be a bit of a confidence booster than if they can find a way to win Game 6 in CA, they can still take the series.

Definitely nice to see them fight. GS needs to take G6. Same situation for the Lakers. I'd think they'd take tonight and if somehow they could take game 6 in Minny, they'd be a favorite in G7.

Hey, the Spurs could be terrible for another decade and it will still be better than anything Cleveland has done. Oh, and you should probably be a tad more respectul to the Spurs franchise. After all, it was only once we curb stomped LeBron in 2014 that he ran away crying back to suckle from the teet of his homeland. ![]() All the best in this new adventure. I should watch more of Cleveland actually. Now that it's soon to be down to the only 4 decent teams in that conference it'll be worth watching. ![]()

Surely if the Lakers lose tonight the media's narrative is gonna shift to asking when will LeBron ask out of LA and go to a different market where he has a better chance of winning, right?
