That Lakers loss was so enjoyable.

Bron already gone to management to trade Luka. Haha.

Minny - 1.5 games looking good for me

As long as Lebron and Giannis are gone that is great. A cry fest with Lebron and Giannis takes about 6 steps and pushes people out of the way and cries like Lebron. They could get him for an offensive foul everytime he touches the ball.

Lillard rushing back to inevitably lose in the first round, tearing his Achilles, and ending his career is really something else. When will these teams learn that the combination of suboptimal conditioning and altered mechanics is very dangerous.

I haven’t watched much this season but I’ve been watching Denver v LA and LA v Minnesota.

The 4th qtr offense the Lakers displayed was some of the worst I’ve ever seen. And the fact that no matter how many times this happens, LeBron and whoever keeps loading up and they keep dribble dribble dribbling the shot clock out and the loss follows and LeBron and Luka have good stats and the narrative is they need help.

I don’t get how many times it has to happen before everyone sees it. I’ve been watching it for most of my adult life. It’s atrocious basketball.

But hey, LeBron got a good block. Clap emoji

Hopefully it’s over with the next game. And yes this praise of Luka as an all time great is utter nonsense.

Desperately trying to not get swept and having Giannis demand a trade. They should have blown it all up after the Doc interim coach fiasco.

I just took a watch of last night's game. Nesmith really emerged as a force in that one. Chasing down Portis*, bumping with Lillard and Giannis. The mixup with Portis demanding his ball and Double A refusing was hilarious. Theory is, since he already had a tech, Bucks were trying to get cool hand Nesmith out of the game.

Sobering fact, his charge on Lillard may be the last one Dame takes, at least as a Buck. It was interesting to see coach Carlisle get choked up talking about Lillard's injury in the postgame presser, I guess people in the league really respect this guy.

*Dopirak, one of the last traditional Indiana sports journalists, penned a whole article in the Indy Star about it.

The Lakers don't have an offense....they have two ball-dominant players who like to play iso-ball, and whose main moves are to bully their way into the paint and kick the ball out to a 3-pt shooter when someone rotates over to double-team them.

Right, don't most teams not waste time dribbling and just chuck up a 3?

It's make for a VERY interesting offseason, since this pretty much eliminates any chance the Bucks have of contending next years (which wasn't very high to begin with in all fairness).

So does Giannis request a trade?

And what happens with Ja in Memphis, Zion in New Orleans, KD in Phoenix, and Embiid in Philly?

You could have a LOT of big names on the move, and OKC still has a huge stash of firsts they could package in a deal for a superstar.

Can you imagine them acquiring Giannis coming of a 68-win regular season?

I'm hoping the Rockets play well tonight. There a team I like to watch. Big S was not good in game 3 though. There going to need someone to step up and have them believe they can still win.

Bucks actually had a higher winning percentage without Lillard this year. I don't think the team was contending anyway and they were not gonna be in the apron for a mediocre team.

I saw that he was iffy for tonight, but it has been confirmed he's playing tonight. Probably limited minutes though. GS did what they needed to in game 3, now they just gotta continue that into tonight.

Yep, Pistons maybe a player this off season especially if said team takes Tobias expiring contract. Don't really want any of those players mentioned though. Maybe Zion.

In other news. Miami in full 123 cancun mode.

Either way....does Giannis want to continue playing for a non-contender? Or will he force a trade?

I think that he is naturally wary of a team situation where he would not be alpha. Where could he find a bigger market with essentially an alpha spot available? Nets, Miami, or maybe Bulls. Not sure the cap/trade situations on each.

Apparently he has been unequivocal in wanting a ring or a biow up and reset.

I like the idea of Bulls actually. The chance to regain some mojo after a quarter century of post-MJ hangover.

Giannis will end up in LA to join Luka after Bronnis gone.

Not in a playoff thread.

This thread makes me actually appreciate Nomad... at least he's talking about players who aren't in Cancun yet (or have already at least booked their tickets there for this weekend like a couple of guys from L.A.)

Someone should create a "Post season losers" thread for conversation about non-relevant players like Ja and Zion.

Cleveland outscored Miami by 122 points in their sweep. 504-382 woof.
