Player collectors, 3-5 cards you should be able to find but cant

In the past 4 years I’ve collected every gold and black Topps Chrome refractor from my favorite Sacramento Kings era, except for one:

Mike Bibby 2001 Topps Chrome black refractor /50

Never seen one come up for sale

For my Karl Malone PC from all the inserts up till 2009 only need 2

98-99 fleer playmakers theatre /100
But the surprising one is fleer box score dish and swish Malone/Stockton seen tonnes of just the Malone without Stockton and tonnes of the game used version

I'm working on finishing a couple insert rainbows for Aaron Gordon and have not been able to track down the following cards:

- 2020-21 Mosaic Elevate Blue Reactive /99
- 2020-21 Mosaic Jam Masters Blue Florescent/15

The florescent makes sense as it's only /15 and I rarely see them pop up for any player but the reactive is frustrating as it's all I need to complete that one. If anyone has one and would like to sell please let me know!

I once went to buy a collection from a local guy and he had a binder with many 00's Upper Deck Game Used jerseys. Amongst the pages of random players, there was one logoman of a HOFer. Nuts. I dont even think he understood the value. We couldn't come to a deal but I know where it was.

I think I posted my first list on this thread 6-7 years ago and I haven't been on the forums lately. I've managed to cross a few of those off my list since then so I thought it was time for an update. I'm down to 4 non-1 of 1 cards left for my collection. So here's my latest Top 5 in no particular order:

1) 1998-99 SkyBox Thunder Super Rave #58 (#'d to 25) - At one point in my life, I thought there was a chance of acquiring one of these. The general set wasn't super popular so there wasn't a lot of competition. No many other people collect Rodney Rogers so even less competition. But now, the Rave and Super Rave cards are on the radar of some of the super collectors out there. There's no way I'm every going to outbid one of them in pursuit of this card. But a guy can still dream...

2) 1998-99 Upper Deck Black Diamond Quadruple Diamond #47 (#'d to 150) - I think I saw one of these up for auction back in 1999 when the set was fairly new. I'm starting to think it was a mirage in a hallucination in a dream instead. I've never seen one since and questioning the reality of whether it exists.

3) 2000-01 Fleer Stickers Phoenix Suns Checklist #82 - These seem to be on a lot of peoples wantlists. I've seen several other teams over the years but never the Suns. I'm sure there will be plenty of competition if one ever sufaces.

4) 1998-99 Panini Sticker (Brazil/Portuguese) #117 - I was recently able to knock the 1999-00 sticker off my wantlist in the last year or two. I have hope that this one will appear some day as well.

5) 1997-98 Flair Showcase Row 3 Masterpieces #79 - Of all the 1 of 1 cards on my wantlist, this is the only one I know exists. It recently popped up on the PSA Population Report about 6 months ago. It's probably stashed away in someone's forever collection but I wish I new the serial number so I could just catch a glimpse of it to know that it's safe and happy.

It's been super fun scrolling through this thread and seeing the community coming out of the woodwork to help other collectors in their search. It's what the hobby is all about. Best of luck to all of those with lists on here. May you one day catch your white whale.

CRAZY list. Only needing 4 non one of ones? That is CRAZY. A few notes LOL

1. Harper thinks there is no 98/99 Portuguese sticker. There are some that claim they do exist but I have not seen one or can find any record of them.
2. Love your website. I need to do something like that for myself.
3. I think the quad diamond doesn't exist. I know we discussed this before. So really could knock down your non one of ones to 2 which is unbelievable.
4. Those Fleer Stickers are TOUGH. Still don't quite know enough info on them.
