His PSA 10 flagship rookie 410 has now almost doubled from $15 during this offseason to $27.
It peaked at $325 before his ringworm incident. Hope some of you were able to buy the dip. |

If Tatis Jr. keeps this up all year it will be interesting to see how the hobby responds to him. People still buy his Jerserys (he is always top 10), the question is will the hobby respond in kind.

A healthy Acuna is up there, but I enjoy watching Tatis in the field more (no offense to Ronnie). When he’s healthy, he’s lethal he’s just been a roller coaster. I think investor/flipper types will be reluctant to bite because he may never make the HOF with the PED stain. Quite honestly, a lot of people who jumped on the Tatis train big early got burnt and a lot of hobby money got lost on him. People don’t easily forget this stuff. This will probably tamp down a large-scale significant rise in Tatis cards in general. I think his cards across sets will see very uneven demand. On the other hand, he’s going to have collectors and his key cards are most definitely going to have buyers. Rookie Autos, BCA’s, key rookie parallels.
