Leads position in defensive net. Has been guarding and shutting down the best players on the court nightly. Guards all 5 positions.

I agree it should be Amen or Mobley. It should not be Draymond. He's still a good defender, but he's been talking himself up to everyone and anyone who will listen. Hopefully voters don't fall for it.

Bucks proved against a surprisingly tough Pels that they really want fifth and to avoid playing Boston in the second. I think that Detroit kind of wants the spotlight in NY as well. They are definitely a team with more faces that the masses have not seen.

I would be dusting off Sassers, Schroeders, and that other guy if I was a Detroit collector.

Nesmith now taken on as a beloved "ice in veins" Pacers legend in the forums. 19-19 from FT in clutch situations . Picked up a third copy [moved to appropriate thread]

Tonight's slate's shorter than Yoker's real-world hardware odds. Smh.

Miami-Philly should be advertised as Cheeto God's economic rollout plan. I'd love to shake the hand of any man brave enough to sit through the entire iniquitous experience with a feigned Kool Aid smile.

Beisbol it is.

Sac with the big nguyen. Should lock in the 9th for the playin. They won't do anything in the playoffs, but they're playing much better these last 3 games and have a good chance at making the main draw.

#Teamlightskin en fuego. Salute.

I think it’s just the fact that Mobley is on people’s radar as a recognizable name. Amen didn’t get much PT last year and was relatively unknown amongst the masses. He’s legitimately the best perimeter defender in basketball and the best one I’ve seen in my 43 years as a rockets fan.

Mobley looks like a defender with the wingspan. I imagine Amen is like a clamp down like Nesmith. Who really knows? The moment a Pacer gets recognized the whole team will get exploded.

Amen is 6’6 with a 7’ wingspan. The highest rated defender at his position but also shuts down all 5 positions. The rockets are the 2 seed in a very very deep western conference. It’s appalling that Draymond is even getting any run, he was just treated like a Bitche by Alperen Sengun the other night and didn’t shut down anyone on an underrated team basketball offense Rockets.

Malone and GM had to take some girl of significance to pound town

No other reason to blow this up

I don't remember ever seeing a coach get fired while their team is in line for the playoffs with only a few games left in the season and now it has happened twice in the last couple weeks.

This is bizarre. Why not give let him have one more run and fire them at the end of the season? Do they really think the assistant gives their a better shot at this point?

Man, teams are gonna look to match with Denver and Memphis now.

Both teams are not-coincidentally dominated by a single superstar (and didn't Bucks do the same last year?). Clout people, a sense of imminent defeat.

Same thing I was thinking. I mean Denver won the whole thing just two years ago. They are the 4th seed, 15 games above .500. So it isn't like this season has been some crazy tank job or anything. Coaches are so interchangeable and discounted in the NBA. They get let go after championships and winning coach of the year on the regular.

For the Nuggets and the new GM/Coach combo. The top four guys are basically locked in for the next three years. They will need to do some aggressive trading to change the makeup of the team.

Did they kidnap and hide someone? This makes no sense at this point in the season and would have gone over easier if they got bounced early. Or is an excuse to get bounced early?

This solves the mystery: "They want to have more fun."

Not uncommon after teams see the fun and ease of the 'Cers running their free patterns on the floor.

They couldn’t wait one month to fire Malone? Fourth seed and ready to make a playoff run.

Argument goes, if you're gonna ease someone in, best way is in the most critical crunch situation. Forge that connection when it matters.

Cleveland Cavs clinch the 1 seed!!!

Now they get to rest everybody they want the last week and a half.

*Also... 8-0 when Donovan Mitchell rests this season (couldn't resist)
