Sorry again that happened to you, Kenny. Person that opened it probably has no idea what they have so I'm sure it will turn up somewhere eventually. This is why I begrudgingly drag myself to PSA to look at them in the eye when I drop off.

Let's change the mojo up. I was very jealous of the other S2 83 autos in this thread so picked one up myself. Can't beat the ink!

Thank you all. This community of Sho fans is the right one I need to let know about this. I know you’ll all be out there and if you see it, you’ll get it back . Let this be a little lesson though, if you don’t put insurance on each package, at least have collectors insurance. Also, document EVERYTHING so if it does happen, and if you need to make a claim, you’ve got everything you need.

sharing this Ohtani-centric Youtube channel with everyone;
though the subs are Japanese, this channel has video from angles found nowhere else.

Played the role of irresponsible parent yesterday and took my youngest son out of school to play hookie with his Dad. We made an entire day out of it and made memories that my Son will never forget. I think he's coming around now and seeing what his Dad sees

What a game.

You need a pulse check if you aren't carried away by the energy in the stadium at a walk off Sho game! Great day and great memories.

Hahaha that’s awesome, great memory for your kid too!

I remember when my Dad used to take me to A’s games during school hours, usually when they gave away free items like bats, gloves, etc. Seats weren’t as nice as yours but the memories lasted!

The smelly bart, paint bucket drum sets, bootleg hotdogs, and awkwardly baseball-large colosseum. They did have Kona Lager though. I will miss that place.

True story, I didn't even pay for the tickets. My brother-in-law bought me 2 tickets last week and said I could take whoever I wanted, the only cost to me was to give him 1 of the 2 bobbleheads as a souvenir since he couldn't make it due to work obligations. With my recent retirement I've found a lot of extra time on my hands and this is the least I could do for family

Add to that, I told my Son the other bobblehead is for him to keep. I told him that last year when we went to Dodgers stadium as a family for the Shoehei's 1st bobblehead that my original plans were to sell them all (to cover the cost for us all to attend the game) and keep only one but I kept them all and regret it from the perspective of investment return but that I'm a collector and sometimes we collectors don't abide by proper investment principles. He said he would rather sell the one we acquired yesterday right away to get a return and I told him, I tell you what Son, I'll buy your bobblehead from you for $100 and he said, "Sold"! So I will give him a crisp $100 bill and I'll keep the bobblehead and give it to him someday anyway. I'm sure there are some lessons in there somewhere but regardless, it will be a day I will forever cherish and when he gets the bobblehead back I am certain he will immediately go back to that day and what we experienced together.

Went to Dodger Stadium for the first time in 8 years last week and was at the Mookie walkoff, which was likewise an incredible atmosphere. Plus it was Friday night drone show, so traffic getting out of the parking lot wasn't even that bad.
