Default Bad trim job?

Trying to recompile my master collection box (not an easy or cheap task)...

came across this and looking for somebody who might have had some experience dealing with these cards. I found a couple of images from other cards in the set that have been auctioned over the years but none seemed to be cock-eyed like this (look at the card top and bottom)

Is this a known issue or a bad trim job?

God I hate the high(er) end market

The bottom is straight and the top is not, could it be anything but a bad trim job? I mean the cutters or whatever don't magically realign between passes over the sheet.

Looks like a diagonal/diamond cut.
