Through BAS the one they received 12/27 from me they only charged me 02/26and it wasn’t graded until today for Standard services. I’m finding with BGS it’s within about 5 business days to the advertised time. I’d rather have that then be held up in PSAs queue

I have a BAS order (45 day) which Beckett confirmed received Nov 19 2024. Payment eventually taken last month (circa $1.6k) and only because I chased.

Still no sign of items progressing through authentication and customer service is very poor.

First and last time to use BAS. Never again. Would grade BAS as 1 out of 10 if I’m in a generous mood.

Who's your rep? Dont call customer service, find a rep's email/phone and contact them directly.

I sent in two cards pretty high value ~$3-4k thru a local group sub guy (one 25 day service & one 45 day) he said he shipped out to bgs mid Dec.. ive been checking pop report and I still don't see the cards have graded (latest graded before Dec). I'm a bit worried but the my group sub guy doesn't seem concerned saying beckett always take forever and seems unwilling to help beyond that.. which i understand i dont want to bug him too much but feels like it's pretty abnormal timeline (is it?) if it was really sent in mid Dec is it still too early to be concerned?

If i want to reach out to beckett CS myself, what can i ask for from my group submitter other than the order #?

So question: say a card is just about perfect in every way, except it has a tiny ding (talking like 1/8") in the middle of the back of the card. So let's say it was graded by BGS as a 10 centering/10 corners /10 edges/9 surface (due to the ding on the back). What would be the final grade for the card? Would the max be a 9.5 or could this card still get a pristine 10?

Minimum for a pristine 10 overall grade is three 10s and one 9.5 subgrades.

Still no progress from Beckett on this. Get emails back from an individual at Beckett but as useful as a chocolate teapot.

Certainly will not be using Beckett again. Surprised they have the gall to seek more submissions when their service is so sub-par.

Most likely that Dale Murphy card was submitted/graded as a no subgrades card but somehow the label got generated with subgrades.
