PayPal Question

In the past month, I've noticed I now have to pay a fee if I use a credit card to purchase something for Goods/Services. Never had to do that before. Did they change their policy. It's not a big deal since I draw from free from the checking account but wouldn't mind getting a few extra credit card points which can add up over time.

I haven’t purchased with CC through PayPal recently to know….but dang that’s a bummer if it’s true. How much is the fee?
