I bought some at MSRP, but I wouldn't pay 100+

From the rips I've seen these are standard mega boxes with some of the Tokyo Series inserts thrown in. There's a max of 40,000 mega boxes based on the Murakami parallel odds (and without knowing how many retail boxes there are). The inserts will not be rare.

The Murakami parallel is 1:40 boxes and there's the rare sticker autos to chase. $120 would seem like a lot.

Yup, I've been keeping an eye on twitter and some more have started popping up. I've seen Henry-Malloy, Darvish, Jose Ramirez.

So how do the regular Topps Series One parallels work on this? Did Topps hold back a batch of them knowing that they would be putting this release out?

I would guess these were produced in parallel with the standard mega boxes, just different inserts packed out.
