EDIT: Ok, I got it figured out.

I averaged 5 #'d per case.

Between base and inserts, there are 101,000 total #'d cards.

That would mean about 20k blaster cases.

There are 120 ice per case so 16,000 per player, and there are two CC base cards. 32,000 total CC ice.

Definitely seems like a lot, but if you figure all the retail locations these end up in: target, Meijer, Walmart, dicks, etc etc you end up with 8,000? 9,000? Stores. Then online sales, too.

Holy cow. 16k of just one parallel. Probably safe to say after you add in silvers and blue velocities and all the cracked ice and numbered we’re going to end up with at least 50k in just parallels. Times two. Probably at least double that amount in base. And Select, Origins, Monopoly, and tens of thousands of Panini Instants. At some point it might be worth taking the time to add it all up but we’re easily headed for 1M territory

I’m grading almost all velo and ice. Silvers look pretty tough in general. Base look ok. Much better than football prizm.

Although with how my last sub went who knows. Subbing everything today to try and be first to market. Stuff is printed to oblivion.

Quality observation - I noticed that there are 2 shades of the blue velocity. A higher contrast and more of a washed out.

This thread is why retail is so high now lol pricing is pretty universal so prices rise across the board for situations like this where people find the need to purchase 163 blasters lol not only that it pretty much covers every other year where it sits on the shelf clearanced. you no longer get to buy the one product with the hot rookie for cheap and let every other product sit until it ends up in repacks lol

The real buy on these was the dicks logo prizm exclusives that were available months ago for pre-order. Dicks is now pre selling the blasters every retail store that sells cards will have.

I thought last night's auctions did great for the most part. A lot of volume with retail hitting but sales seemed strong. The CC variation just isn't as popular either. Sales on that have been lower and there seems to be more of those getting listed than the true silvers, which suggests people are either holding or grading the true silvers.

Night of the week hasn't mattered since smart phones fully transitioned. People avoided Fridays/Saturdays in the past because people were less likely to be home bidding. Now people are bidding from anywhere so I utilize all 7 nights when I run auctions.

Started sorting today.

For cracked ice, only 25 out of 480 cards are from 101-150. Not sure what to make of it. If production is equal, there's gotta be cases out there that are heavy in rookie variations. Just an FYI,

For retail, looks like for numbered there are green pulsars /25, blue pulsars /199, and red pulsars /299. For non numbered there is blue velocity and ice. There's some other retail ones that haven't surfaced yet.
