I also had besautographs open 3 item not received cases. However, when I enter the full tracking number with the 00 in the website provided, it is showing all 3 items were delivered 4 days ago.

I feel a little vindicated. Dude's scamming! I've already reached out to eBay to recommend that they take a look.

I had a buyer reach out once asking why he couldn't bid on one of my items; kept getting an error. I have my account set up to block bidders who have 2 or more cancellations in the last 30 days. I never responded to his message.

I honestly thought there were more honest people out there. I love this workaround. Was able to shut someone down last night when they tried the "Has this even shipped?"

It was delivered like 2 days ago

@askeBay said that you need to reach out to them with the cases so they can compile a record on this buyer and send it to the Trust team. If you have twitter just @askeBay and let them know what's going on. You'll need to have the two sites available with the courier number and all that; screenshots help too, showing that the items were delivered.

I cannot stand besautographs. I had to block them a long while ago. They would also leave a comment in their purchases "please ship quickly" or something to that effect.

Yes! Did the same to me. He doesn’t even read because I have it clearly stated that I ship within 24 hours.

What are we doing for items that sho delivered on the Universal Parcel Tracking but not eBay when a buyer opens an INR?

Right now I'm dealing with a case. I can let you know in a few days. As of now, after telling eBay what's what, they put the information in the notes and advised me to wait until the 25th, at which point the claim will ask me to have eBay step in, which should result in them ruling in my favor.

If it turns out the other way, I'll just end up filing a claim.

I hope they fix this soon. My blocked bidder list is growing. I also noticed my metrics going down for not having scans in time. They also haven't charged me for any labels I printed this week. Curious if they have realized this and when the 'fix' it I am going to get a bunch of charges.

yep, same just had 8 hit as not scanned by courier and I have more that we will be reflected in a couple days at this rate

I've gone from 100% in tracking uploaded on time and validated to 98.9% as of tonight and my late shipment rate has increased as well.

This only accounts for the 24 ESE I shipped on Feb. 12th - when I check the full report. So, when I start adding 20-40+ of these for each day since the issues started, this should get interesting. I've never really had it dip below 99.9% before.

I had one of these just this morning (go figure on Sunday morning with no mail). Buyer reached out and said the card wasn't delivered and asked for a refund (didn't open a case yet).

The item was purchased on 2/13, so shipped on 2/14. With weekends and holidays, that's only 7 potential mail days.

I looked on the two websites and sure enough, shows delivery on Friday. I provided a screenshot of the tracking and asked them to wait a couple more days as I know ESEs can take a couple extra days from "delivery" to be delivered.

If they decide to open a case, I'll fight refunding with eBay.

This is not a recent problem with the ESE tracking....I have seen mine move down from time to time, but it has always gone back up to 100% within a few days....kind of an auto correct for ESE shipments. I don't know if that will still be happening with the current situation or not.....time will tell. On the ESE print label page, it still does state that acceptance scans are not required, for whatever that is worth.

Just hit the tracking number on some of my sales from the 12th & 13th that were not showing anything, and today they are showing acceptance scans.....nothing after that, but they are showing accurate mailing date. I guess they are working on it.

Got my first INR , but he has not filed. It was from the end of January and is still stuck in the USPS Hub on all tracking so this is not one of the issues we are all having so I will not worry on the refund of this one.

besides the obnoxious message 3 minutes after purchasing cards and the annoying notes about fast shipping, buyer filed and INR on a card shipped on 2/15...when i told him outside shipping confirmed delivery on the 20th, he miraculously siad the card was delivered and closed the request
