Which one of you platinum collectors are holding all of the Delgados? Never even seen one show up in the 12+ years I've been doing almost daily searches for him on ebay.

Nope. The only numbered parallel in the 2024 factory set was the /265 Hobby foilboard. No walmart gold/blue/orange stars or the /1 foilfractor this year and no retail foilboard /2XX as seen in previous years.

All that came out in 2024 was the All Star game and Monty Club complete sets, the red box hobby complete set with the /265 hobby foilboard and a blue retail complete set that had 5 bonus image variation rookie cards.

I always wonder how many overall platinums are lost to junk boxes or the trash over the years as they have been in most release formats across flagship. Or, are still hiding in unopened packs somewhere. I wish we had a comprehensive database of what's actually known to be out there to possibly maximize unopened wax value for older releases.

I've always loved the platinums because of that fact, how so many are probably lost. It really makes me appreciate the ones that do pop up.

I remember a poster on BO found the 2019 Pete Alonso platinum in one of his boxes he was just randomly going through. Initially overlooked it as a base card.
