What I meant by "partially licensed" is the fact that they have the licenses from the players associations already, but not from the leagues. So you are getting atrocious looking cards of players with team logos scrubbed and no team names.

Annoying to see how much energy Topps is putting into releasing horrible looking non-league licensed football & basketball products when they can't even get their bread & butter baseball products out the door on time!!!

Have you seen their non-sports and non-licensed sports? They aren't wasting any time on those at all. Find a photo, slap it on a crap design, and toss some sticker autos in and repeat. Heck, they don't even need to find a new photo half the time. Baseball might be delayed still compared to the old schedule, but the products have all at least been well-designed and thought out and generally look good. I'll gladly deal with the delays as long as they keep putting out quality cards. I'm convinced the unlicensed design team are interns and I'm worried the good designers will get shoved to football and basketball next year and baseball will get the back seat then.

Mid May should be 2025 Bowman Baseball. Topps has already posted images of the cards. No solid date though. The post just said May.

I know... I was hoping we would get at least a few releases in April though since Topps basically took 1.5 months off from all baseball releases. Maybe my expectations are too high.

I'm honestly befuddled by what Fanatics/Topps is doing....

So far in this year we've had exactly one 2025 baseball product announced,

Meanwhile we've had:

NINE partially licensed football or basketball products
EIGHT non-sports products
FOUR soccer/wrestling/UFC/auto racing products
