Emergency PSA gold refractor grade question

I sent this card in to PSA to grade. They are saying it’s a 7 and want to upcharge me to a $339 tag. Should I pay it or say I’d rather just get it back raw and pay initial fee. I thought it would get an 8’or 9. Any advice would be appreciated.

If it was me... I would just accept the PSA offer.

Depending how much you paid for the initial cost of grading, you could also reject it and try to grade again and see if you get a bump to an 8. If you are in no hurry of moving it as I think I saw in your other threads this may be way to go unless you submitted it at a high cost to begin with.

Pay the upcharge. I presume that would include the grader notes.

Send it to BGS and pick up your 8.5. Worth the same or slightly more than P7

I got upcharged to a level that should include grader notes, and did not get grader notes, fwiw

I think it's because the grading is done anyway and theyre not going to regrade it just to make graders note. It kinda make sense
