Somebody who's going to the National should ask them if they're going to put a tool on their site to calculate centering automatically. Just the way their Challenges were going the past few months made me think this was something they were attempting to train an AI/ML tool to determine.

COMC needs to add a new Item Condition category of "Personal Break" so they can be easily found among all the individual cards. Having "Personal Break" as a player name doesn't really make sense.

I'd like to be able to tab from my user name to password in one tab instead of 2. it goes to password reset 1st.
I also, dislike the app a lot. I thought it would just for more or less mirror the web, but it's so different. As a seller it was useless to price new port cards, as a buyer, eh. if you are looking to do some quick stuff it's ok. Also a ton of my stuff recently uploaded keeps coming back with condition bins, some are I agree, some aren't and ones that should be aren't. They have made corrections pretty quickly when reported, so that is nice.

Not sure if it's just me, but I constantly have to sign back in to the website. I don't know if there is a cookie set with a very short expiration time or what, but even if I keep a tab open to comc it feels like about once an hour I realize I'm logged out and have to click to sign back in. This is with Chrome on both Windows 10 and Macbook.

Either one; just something so it shows up on the main page sidebar. Or tag them as a new field in the dropdown menu.
The app is terrible. When I get an offer, it doesn't even show me the price it's currently discounted at, or the price I purchased it for, if it was a flip. It forces me to go to the website in order to determine if I want to accept or counteroffer. There was another glitch I'll screen capture the next time I get it, but it has to do with it claiming I accepted an offer, when it's actually an offer I sent out that was accepted by a buyer. That's pretty annoying. |

Wish they would stop rejecting comics based on cover images (cartoon clevage, guns, etc), when they allow cards with the same, or "worse", aspects.

Most of the recent breaks process all cards. At least the 2022 Metal Universe and Marvel Allegiance do. Good to see that they're trending that way.

It would be really cool if the sort function actually sorted things in the requested order instead of some seemingly random unsorted order.
(actually I think I figured out what it's doing - it's based on the highest priced card of the given type, but then displays the lowest priced card of the given type so it looks nonsensical. This isn't intuitive and isn't what any user wants to see if they are sorting by highest price. I.e., if some jackass posts a common 5 cent card for $5000 then that card will always show at the top of the highest price sort even if there are 1000 of them available for 5 cents.)

What good does it do listing all the things we would like them to do. When they will not do any of them.
1. My hide a card feature. 2. Allowing better/different sorting of the watch list. 3. On the watch list, do not just show the one seller's card that you picked but all of them. 4. Show cards that you can make offers to without have to make an offer and then see they are not taking offers. Maybe if some sellers see there are other taking offers they would also. All of these would help buyers out which would help sellers. Personally I think helping buyer more to find cards would help sellers. I have asked for these thing for years.

1. Answer the phone. If the CS rep can't answer your questions, they should give you a ticket # and set up a time to call you back.
2. Respond to emails. If the CS rep can't answer your questions, they should give you a ticket # and set up a time to respond to your email. 3. Respond to questions on chat, and give the support person the authority to fix problems. If the CS rep can't answer your questions, they should give you a ticket # and set up a time to contact you. 4. Call back or email or text when you have promised the customer that you will get back to them. 5. If there is a site-wide problem, send out a mass email, or at the very least, post an explanation on the Blog, or put a banner at the top of the sellers home pages explaining the problem and when it will be fixed. |

Grading Submissions page needs to have an excel download.
Doing my taxes this year and finding I have to do some manual work to account for grading and reproccessing fees. A downloadable file with: timestamp, item number, action (PSA grading, reprocess as elite, et.) grade/condition result, price would make it mush easier to account for these charges in my accounting. Thanks! |

COMC app could use a lot of improvements.
First- there’s a ton of functionality not available on the app which require going into a browser and opening comc to do. Some examples- requesting shipments, structuring things around that, grading submissions, auction histories etc. Second- the inventory search on the comc app is awful. I can have 200 marvel masterpieces epic purples in inventory…search for something simple as “purple”….and doesn’t return anything. And it’s actually most of the time I search for something…it doesn’t do anything correctly. A search should be a 2-bit thing to have correct…either the title has that term or does not. Doesn’t make sense how that function can be so off and rarely work correctly.
