Yeah but competing for and ultimately losing the 1 seed in order to lose homefield during the playoffs is very Vikings so the two bad luck auras will collide next week. Both franchises have traumatized their fans in these scenarios so good news is at least one of them should win.

15-2, #1 seed, back-to-back division champs...what a time to be alive.

Unbelievable defensive performance to close out the regular season. Aaron Glenn finally mixed some things up and Anzalone being back was a massive boost.

Very glad that ours won. Lions figured out a way to rein in the big plays on offense and mauled Darnold. Hock proved yet again to be the sort of hump who needed to be shipped out of town to make way for better players. And the Lions sold $2M worth of tickets to the Vikes!

Hopefully they can sustain if the Vikes don't make it. My preference for a super bowl winner out of the teams I think will be in the converence championships would be something like Bills>Lions>Ravens>Anyone but the Chiefs or Packers.

Obviously throwaway year Vikings ring would be best for me, but growing up in MN sports tells me that's rather unlikely haha.

Really drives me crazy when defenders don't play to the whistle. There was a chance by #31 to take that ball when the RB reached out to the goal line.

You knew they weren't taking this game serious when LiAngelo Ball was performing and Montgomery got the first two carries of the game.

I'm having the time of my life seeing lions fans saying this is the year where they only played one more game than the bears

Ah, bitter division rival? I get it. I know how that goes on here. Bears have a great roster. I just think they missed on the QB pick. Time will tell

You talk a lot of crap for a guy who roots for a team and player who haven't done anything so far.

At least you don't disappoint!

All in all - the Lions deserved to lose yesterday. They were outplayed and outcoached in every aspect of the game. Johnson outsmarted himself with bizarre playcalling on offense - the Jamo INT was - and I don't know where Glenn's head was with the 12-men penalty on 4th down - also .

Campbell should give these guys each three days' grace in recognition of their service to the organization, then dismiss them and begin the process of starting over. Their heads were clearly elsewhere. Best wishes to each of them in their new jobs, which they so obviously seem to want.

Goff also reverted to trash, which was very poorly timed.

There is still a window, but it sucks that more wasn't done with this season's achievements because next year's schedule is going to be ROUGH.
