They have been running these for a while. Based on feedback posted here and other places seems like the average person has won boxes on around 15% of EQL. The vast majority of those were "winners" on Topps Chrome Basketball Sapphire (where Topps lied about it being 2 autographs and changed the wording last minute to 1) and the Wemby Mercury boxes. Cases your odds are probably 5%. I don't know a single non bot that has won cases on 2 products that were in demand. They claim EQL is to stop bots but based on who is listing these online you can see pretty clearly who most of the winners are.

If Chrome WWE is a bad price it will fall into the category of Basketball Sapphire and the Wemby boxes where most will win. Most of the these they have done EQL for were limited. This is a mass-produced product. So as long as the price isn't amazing, your odds on this should still be better than anything else they have done EQL for. If it's a home run price, bots will gobble most of it up.

Thanks! Sounds like I’ll be waiting for cases to hit on eBay, where the true market price will be realized. Go to the big sellers and a case of 2024 Select will run you $2700. Go to eBay and it’s $2000.

You can make an account beforehand here: https://www.eql.com/forfans

But since there is an hour window as long as you are there at the start there will be plenty of time to make one once the window opens. I had pre-made my account before my first EQL Topps experience but later realized I didn't need to. Still, never hurts to be prepared.

I have the free version, I didn't see an advantage of EQL+ unless they secretly get better odds.

This is going to be one of those 'everyone gets denied' EQL releases I fear, that price is way too fair.

Yes Topps posted a photo of a Oba on card auto. Idk about Guilia and Stephanie but with Guilia getting a Topps Now for the title win I'm hopeful they'll include her.

See if the whole or most of the the NXT roster is included, that would explain why each box gets 2 autos.

Feels like one step forward two steps back lol anytime a new release is affordable you either 1. Have the cards be so invaluable it makes sense it's affordable (Panini WWE NXT set) or 2. You have a .0001% chance of getting it because it's a dutch auction or the "EQL". I don't even know if I should make the effort to try, Rock autos alone mean these get bought by the case and put in breaks or $300 aftermarket, I mean what was Leaf charging for the Metal Wrestling set just cause it had Dwayne Johnson? And people bought them too when this will be licensed and Rock. I appreciate Topps for the fair price but since my LCS won't get this just kinda sucks I'll miss out unless print run is enormous. I was thinking around $250 which may of turned off SOME non-wrestling people, at this price everyone who has heard Rock is in it is likely gonna buy.

Speaking of NXT and the checklist 1. I hope NXT is included, I wish they would eliminate some legends and make checklists more NXT/Raw/Smackdown and the major legends. Some of the names would suck to get, but at the same time even Level Up these are the future stars of the business. Look at Tiffany, I'd rather take a chance an NXT auto pans out then get a Tatanka who while a fan fav didn't have a ton of accomplishments. 2. How many people on here are gonna rage if HHH has autos in this? Seems he was top enemy for Panini redemption receivers lol

Yep. Being WWE and a mass produced product I doubt this was on many bots radar before being announced as EQL. With it being EQL you now have a very slim chance.

The bolded is 100% false. A dutch auction everyone has the same chance. If you are willing to pay your odds are 100%. Certainly not .0001%. There are many WWE auctions that either hit the floor or came within a few drops.

EQL it doesn't matter what you are willing to pay. On a product people want, your odds will always be slim on boxes and near impossible on cases. You are also capped at the number you can buy. The dutch auctions you can buy as much as you want.

There is no reason whatsoever for a mass produced hobby product not selling way over Topps cost should they ever be running an EQL on. For the past several years, anyone that wanted a product like this via the regular listing would be able to get an order in. Now your odds are obviously worse.

Also, here is another big issue not everyone has had to deal with yet. This EQL crap if your card denies or sends a fraud alert you automatically don't get the order. Yes, you read that right. They count it as a win but deny you the order. Wouldn't you think they would at least give you an hour or so window to pay if your card is declined? Of course not. There will be people that just because of this you won't be able to get an order. There will be many people that can't get bigger orders over $5k or $10k because their card will decline it.

You have to use a credit card too. Maybe a debit card not sure there. I have cards that even a small charge sends a fraud alert. Using Paypal with those same cards a $10k+ order goes through. But you can't use Paypal. You can't use a bank account either. This company is a joke.

As much as it sucks, I at least understand them doing EQL on CERTAIN PRODUCTS. A mass produced hobby product, like Bowman's Best or WWE Chrome, there is no reason to run an EQL. People probably cried about Update Sapphire not being EQL and Topps solution is to just EQL everything now. They are screwing the people that want a product like WWE Topps Chrome hobby by running EQL.

I think the increased EQL if you lose is bs but let's assume it's true. That's another issue. If you've lost a bunch, do you want to waste the better chance on a product you want but should be easy to get versus using it on one that's hard to get? There should be an option, like with points on your card or at the grocery store, to save that or use it. You should be able to save that extra better chance to use on the products you really want. Not have to make the decision to enter versus not entering. With how much I've been losing really is it even worth putting in for boxes at this point either? If the odds are slim either way, wouldn't it make more sense to only put in for cases if you're almost never going to win anyway?
