And I agree! Its flattering when your team is a success, and people want your staff. But still troublesome at the same time!

Again, my question wasnt a dig at the Lions or their fans. I cant see how anyone would read it that way.

I dont know why your replies to everything, have to be an insult to the Bears or their fans. When they arent even being mentioned.

Weird chat. Lions good. Super Bowl or bust. Bears still suck. Cryleb also sucks.

Carry on.

Has any other division put 3 teams into the playoffs with a combined 40 wins (or 37 if you want to account for 16 game schedules in the past)?

You aren't paying attention. I complimented your assessment of the Bears above.

1984 AFC West was the closest I could find. 5 teams then but the top three had 36 wins, 4th had 8 wins and the 5th had 7 wins.

Hey Girdy

Did you watch the Washington/Tampa game yesterday? Daniels is the QB your Bears should have taken. Someone who is a leader. Cryleb can't even spell it !

Packers are the first NFC North team to fall. Will the Vikings be next?

This is Caleb and I, while we both live rent free in your head! I love your obsession with us! Creepy, sure. But very flattering!

Crazy to think...if the Bears had just made the right decisions...they could have Jim Harbaugh coaching the team with Jayden Daniels and a cornerstone LT instead of an open HC position, Caleb, and Rome.

That is a ton of hyperboyle.

Would Jayden play this well, behind the Chicago Oline? I assure you, we are much more than an Olu Fashanu (the next LT available in the draft) away from being decent.

Would Mahomes be Mahomes, if the Bears drafted him? Would Trubisky be winning Super Bowls in KC?

The fact that Jayden and Caleb ended with nearly the same statline, even with Caleb playing with a dumpster fire all around him. Tells me I dont like your odds.

I don't disagree. But those were all decisions that could have been made...and these are all same type decisions we watched the Lions make year after year pre-Brad Holmes. Especially taking the hyped WR at #9 instead of addressing OL.

Time will tell on Caleb vs. Jayden. I did just google "2024 NFL Redraft" and every single one I've seen has the so-called "expert" taking Jayden over Caleb. And some even taking Maye over Caleb as well.

Would love Harbaugh but I'd still rather have Caleb over Jayden.

An OT over Rome was my preference, but the Bears roster isn't that far away.

The McCarthy situation could give the Bears a little leverage if they want Ben Johnson.

I think roster-wise, the Bears are the best situation available. Maybe Ben Johnson (or Mike McCarthy) lowers his asking price in order to coach Caleb Williams.

It's good to have a sense of humor while you wait out the current ownership regime in Chicago.

Johnson reportedly has no interest in working with Poles so there's no way Poles will hire Johnson and see himself canned shortly thereafter.

Johnson to Vegas, probably.

“Skol Vikings let’s win this game…….”

Was a way more fun season than it deserved to be with JJ getting hurt immediately. We'll see what happens next year.

Dan Campbell and the lions broke Sam Darnold…….tough game to watch today. Rams definitely beat us but the refs were really awful. Darnold (and KOC) was just frazzled so the poor officiating was just salt in the wound.

Verse would have looked great in purple this year……..
