Whatever it's probably better they get the extra rest, but that foul still makes zero sense.
A swinging arm to the head says that's a foul all day.

They don't make that call nearly enough.

GS crapped down their legs. Deserved the loss.

Yes, they crapped themselves. Gary should have called a timeout when he got the rebound. Steph's lack of burst cost them two 24 second violations and probably the game winner. The swinging arm is... imagined? But just because they did all those things doesn't really justify making that kind of call. I'd complain but ultimately be fine if they had just granted the timeout without clear possession.

Even if you think the call on the floor was a ticky tack foul the fact that draymond straight up mauled sengun and it wasn't called a flagrant is enough to even that out

Imagine posting a picture of a play after the whistle blew and thinking “yeah that’ll show ‘em”

Back to ignoring this forum again, should have known better

It's not a question of whether or not it's a foul, it clearly is otherwise Steve Kerr would've challenged it.

Lol.

Ok cupcake.

You're throwing the biggest tantrum over the refs getting it right.

It's certainly not a jump ball.

That's like calling pass interference or holding on a hail mary in football. At the least call it a jump ball or give the Hawks a time out. BS call.

Agreed. That’s a 50-50 play that is never called at the end of a game. Tough way to end a hard fought game

Reminds me of when Nesmith got mugged by Ant and a couple others on his way to the basket for a game winner attempt. Now we got Ant's most dramatic put down ever, the so-called skull rimmer, as a result and Aaron didn't argue. But the point was I learned that refs never call sh-t right at the end of game. So yeah, egregious foul call after allowing multiple hacks in other situations. Be consistent or go home. That said, nice to see a young team vying. Houston crowd satisfied.

To be fair. The Rockets have 3 STELLAR wing defenders in Amen, Eason and Brooks.

I appreciated and enjoyed the hard fought defensive game. Houston in the first half in particular played pretty much lock down defense, like Wow!

I mean, for Steph though, he's literally got a year more of wear and tear on his bones from the playoff series.

Kerr said he didn't use his challenge because he wasn't sure it would be overturned and it would mean going the full length of the court in 3 seconds for the last shot.

When I sat this happens almost every night, I’m not exaggerating. Their defensive play makes up for the appealing inconsistency of Jalen Green. This team has been so much fun to watch and is currently exceeding expectations. I just wanted to make the play in.

Yep.

It's probably a foul....but it's a foul that is NEVER called in that type of situation....especially in a physical game where the refs had been letting stuff go all game.

If that level of contact is a foul, then there were about 20-30 more fouls that went uncalled during the game.

Stellar defenses have traditionally never been an issue for Steph.

Though I suppose I'm mired in the past. If anyone's watched enough Curry this year, it's evident the falloff is beginning. To be expected, considering he traverses more area of the floor year in and year out by a wide margin. Off ball movement is his bread n' butter.

I think it is turning out to be an interesting series. Warriors whiffed but you have the Bucks' redemption narrative. I remember in section 26B of the Las Vegas Arena last annum, what started as chants of "MVP" for Giannis had morphed into a few choice Nesmith shout-outs by the end of the game. I mean, most of the locals had got in for free, so no one was miffed.

I’m really wanting the bucks in there. I was born in Milwaukee but have lived in Houston most of my life. I used to be the case manager for Tyler Smith when he was In elementary school for 3 years. God bless the g league for existing.

This okc match is going to be tough!

I’m interested also in watching Dyson Daniels guard Lillard.

He has the lowest usage since the first title. I think the Dubs have adjusted correctly but they need to do more.

If Jimmy really is on the table, go for it. Wiggins, Looney, Moody, TJD, SloMo, Melton and GP should be trading pieces. That should be enough to get Jimmy/Vuc and make things easier for Steph.

SloMo should be off limits. Solely off the strength of the 'Curry after bad life decisions' doppelganger angle, but also because how abysmal Minny's team d has looked since he departed.

I agree with the rest though. If you can get Buckets, get him. As it stands right now they're a fun energetic team to watch with a playoff upside capped at probably the 2nd round.

I know he’s an RFA but the Heat are starting with Kuminga. None of those other guys have any trade value for Miami.
