1996 Stadium Club Class Acts versions?

I was looking at these on eBay and noticed there are base and parallels, but some base were Members Only based on PSA slab or eBay title. I can’t see any difference in them though so am I missing something or are they all the same?

Here is a members only Jordan/Stackhouse. It has Members only across the back, diagonally (stackhouse side). Very faint and barely visible in the scans.
