Hahaha I got the same email that they’re back. What a joke. I really hope nobody falls for All About The Scam but I’m sure some people will. Hopefully if anyone Googles them, they will find this thread here before purchasing something.

If I am truly sorry about the mixed up, I would ask people to contact me by phone, not email. At least put the phone number on the announcement. Scums.

There are too many people nowadays who you can buy presell from, do breaks with, buy cards from etc. You screw up huge and give people the run around, you're done. There are no second chances. People will ruin their rep, and then try and get on their knees for forgiveness later when the well is dry. Gtfo out of here.

Pretty hilarious, he started sending out email blasts again. New address is just across the border in Arkansas? I guess if he scams too many people in one state he just moves operations to the next

I (ironically) am also on his mailing list and it triggered some PTSD from my original experience, haha. I believe the MO Attorney General shut him down, so I imagine he NEEDS that Arkansas address to get the business up and running again.

Hopefully any potential buyers will google him first and find this thread.

I want to mention that this same seller is now selling Pokemon preorders. He sells them by the case and has accepted over 100k in preorder funds.

He is canceling orders for anyone who emails him for a refund.

I just want to post a reply so this thread gets bumped in the Google ratings when people look this company up.

No allocation has been given to him for Pokemon yet, so he is blindly accepting preorders for a product that will most likely never be allocated.

Yikes, thanks for bumping and keeping the community updated. I see he posts on Reddit fairly regularly as well soliciting his pre-orders on product.

With these big companies posting their boxes for preorder over the past weeks and seeing the absolutely outrageous prices I think it's time for extreme transparency in this hobby.

That's a shocking lack of self-awareness even in this hobby.
