I posted this in the other thread but the only Juan Soto card that I can foresee myself buying in the near future is the Yankees SSP from 2024 series 1. At this point I'm out on any rookie cards because the base stuff is going to tank and anything worth having is going to be way way overpriced.

Can't explain it. But he's just never done anything for me.
I did pull a red ink auto of his from this year's Ginter, though. Will probably just keep at my Soto card to represent him in the collection.

pulled a 2024 Chrome 1989 Gold /50 on Saturday, thought it could be a nice card to add to the PC if he resigned with the Yankees, then last night happened, now I don't want the card at all. glad I didn't invest in any Soto Yankees cards and waited to see how it would shape out. the card does have some bad roller lines on it so I think I will end up being stuck with it

I’m bummed that I bought the case hit cards of him out of this year’s Finest. Should’ve waited to see if he re-signed with the Yankees.
