Default $670 Singles From dcsports (pic heavy)

I haven't done this in a bit. For anybody who wonders what $670 can buy you in singles. Compare this to what will be a typical box of 2024 Draft ($750 HTA Choice, $599 Jumbo). Keep in mind, this box is a little better than is typical;

Love the haul, but I'm comparing this to the three boxes of Bowman Chrome Sapphire I just opened (which were a little more than $670). Ooof.

You'll always end up better just buying singles.

Can I have clarification? This line is throwing me off.

Those cards were bought individually? What does "this box" refer to?

The (near?) weekly hauls from dcsports auctions, I assumed. Box, as in what arrived, full of singles. Not box of packs.

Did you make your money back on the box of "junk" you put together a while back? I know you were getting close.

Yep. It's $8.95 shipping for 40 items, they come in a box, and even though I purchased all of the items, I never know exactly what's in there until I open it. I've been getting three a week over the last 6 weeks or so.

This box is better in two ways. First, the actual spend is more. I'd say I spend an average of $450 per box on a range of $250-$1000. Second, the amount of listed inventory (at my current target price, not what I'll actually get) was better in this box than what is typical. I got $2.40 for every $1 spent in this one, where normal is about $2.20.

Oh yeah. My last post in that thread I was already up $95 on the $488 investment and still had the two PSA 10 Paredes that eventually sold for $125 each. That looks like a 60-70% ROI on that one.
