Glad I'm not a fan of Origins, this stuff is gonna be expensive with Clark in a fever jersey.

Good to see some WNBA stuff popping up though, felt like they prioritized Turkish Airlines League the way I saw a new set everyday.

$300 a box. Woof. I knew it would be expensive but $300 is outrageous for 2 autos that will probably be $10 if not Clark. Worst part is MSRP is $100 so they’re charging 3x the cost. Greed.

Yeah, it’s up on Blowout at $299.99 and I was definitely thinking the same thing….Prizm is gonna be $1,000 at least.

Insanity. I really hope people look at the current WNBA market outside of Caitlin before jumping in with both feet at these prices.

I am one of the largest WNBA vendors on ebay and I can assure you that the "new crowd" generally has no idea what they are doing, and there are wild swings in pricing / value from day to day.

I've seen some movement on low end and have sold some base sets to low feedback accounts that don't sell anything, which to me indicates genuine, new interest. There's also some larger accounts trying to scoop up "investment pieces" like key RCs of superstars and Gold Prizms, driving the prices up to huge multiples of where they were previously. It gives me huge 2020/2021 vibes, so I've been selling a lot to capture some profit while I can, just in case it falls back to where it was or even slightly above. I don't want to find myself in another spot where I regret not taking the cash when people were eager to throw it at me.

One of the people who had hoarded them was unloading for around $1200 and sold out at the beginning of this boom. I think the last sale was of 2021 (the worst year) for $650, so I’d say the 2020 is probably good for $2k now. It doesn’t necessarily make sense with a PSA 10 Sabrina not even able to draw $1k, but like I said there’s some pretty big disconnects right now

Most people pass on NBA Origins let alone WNBA Origins, the fact people are following this like it's NBA Prizm is why prices go up. How many first time WNBA product purchasers will there be this year? Number would be even higher if you disqualify people who likely bought a clearance box or two since thats where they usually end up.
