When this happened to me, it was due to the card being in the Canada warehouse. They said it might take a few weeks to transfer, but it actually was shorter than that. Unfortunately, there’s no notifications for that transfer, so I just kept re-checking.

Yes, one of the cards in your order is in a different processing location than the main HQ/warehouse. So you'll have to remove out from your order to send the rest earlier. I'm not sure if there is a way to search for which one(s) it is without just clicking on every single card.

Here's an example of a remote shipping card notification. You could have even gotten it through cards transferred over epack.

When you purchase a card, and it is off site. It will ask you if you want to buy it. Noting the delay and the only shipping way.
At least on the cards I have purchased.

I've had that message on epack cards as well.

Had a submission (fresh pulls) get delivered Tuesday, still yet to be logged in as received. Rough.

I went through every card in the shipment and none of them appear to be stored remotely.

It's so annoying that they don't just tell you which card is holding it up.

Have you contacted them and asked which card it is.

Yes I understand about their replying time frame.

When you contact them, recommend they add it to their dropdown menu for filtering on the Inventory page.

My submissions just got logged in. Hopefully they get the select up quicker than 2 weeks.

Look out all you buyers on COMC...I just had a return to seller...29 days later...

Bought up a few nice cards of a QB that had a great game a week ago? Watch out!

Picked up the next big thing in baseball before anyone else knew who he was 3 weeks ago? Watch out!

Wait sellers can just have cards transferred back?

Is this an incentive to have cards shipped home soon after purchase?

The rule is if a card sells within 3 hours of listing, you have 24 hours to email them. At that point COMC can make a determination if there was a pricing mistake. I think you get 1 chance per month to use that rule. Something like that.

This one is going to be messy. It's not even about the money(it was a $30~ card that I bought for $2~). Moreso this is 100% about their rule. If people are going to have that sort of time, it'll be a complete mess for everyone.

I totally get the whole pricing mistake thing if it’s glaring and also soon after listing. Those should be reversible and we’re talking like a $500 listed for $5.

But not for non-glaring ones, especially when it can be a month later, that is problematic, as prices change and hard to tell exactly how glaring it was at the time. I don’t think comc should be reversing sales. I’m sure it’s rare, but maybe buyers should think about shipping home cards sooner than later so their transactions can’t be canceled on them.

Dirty laundry. Hate airing it but whatever. I can't even get them to email me back in a reasonable amount of time anymore.

I bought a $20-30~ card in it's condition(EX). I don't want to be overly specific as the seller might be on here and I can only assume they must be a crybaby since they got a $18-28 dollar mistake fixed literally a month later. Anyways...

I bought a $20-30~ card for $2 on 9/15. A mistake? 100%. Not really my issue with what's happened. Anyone who refresh buys knows this can happen. I re-list the card on 9/15 for $40, assuming I'll get offers in that $20-$30 range and it sales that day for the BIN to another COMC buyer(obviously they didn't look closely has it has a semi mangled corner). Hands washed, moved on, obviously...

On 10/14(today), I get a "Returned by Buyer" for the card. Even with that, I'm not sure how that'd work since it'd been nearly a month. So I email CS with a question. When does that 15 day clock start? Date of purchase? Shipping date? Delivery date? Wanted to know for future clarification. I also asked where the card was, because it wasn't back in my account. About an hour later, I'm looking through my dashboard and randomly clicked on the item number. There the card was, back up for sale(same item number, same biffed corner) by the original owner. So, 29 days later, they got a returned to seller. I also got no refund of my purchase price .

Other issues to follow, if I feel like typing up another novella

How is that even possible? Or is it because it takes time to process or something. I can’t imagine comc is returning cards and not even refunding them.

I've had a few return to sellers for pricing errors and they're instant. This is marked as a returned by buyer, which I don't think I've had...so I'm not sure.

PS. I'd also like to add that I JUST bought a $14 card yesterday along with a bunch of base that I re-listed at .75. They were all coming up "Are you sure, priced low" on the base and yes, I was sure. 9 years on there and this is the first time I did this, but I accidently listed the card I just paid $14 for .75. Whoops. I'm not saying this is how anyone else should handle this, but I look at it like this was my mistake, dude capitalized and as much as it pains me to just give away money (It is a $25~ card), I moved on. I'm still going to move on, but to the guy who whined a month later over $28~ MAX...grow a pair.

PSS. The precedence this "could" set isn't great for anyone on COMC. This was an obvious mistake but I've had several get returned that were in fact NOT obvious and the seller(s) was/were...babies.

I completely agree. Sellers need to pay attention to prices and COMC even warns for low prices. I dont agree with what they did.

Convo has gotten off in the weeds. Haha. Sorry.

The point of the post was the guy got a returned to seller 29 days after selling an item. The guy had a right to request a return within 24 hours, just like everyone else does. Baby or not, that doesn't matter/isn't the point. The point is the RULE is what it is. If an item sells within 3 hours, you have 24 hours to email. Not 2 weeks. Not basically a month. I'll give that it could have taken CS a week to get to it. They're awful right now about responding, but it's still within a week at worst. Not 29 days.

Is anyone else having issues with the app? It keeps saying error every time I try and check my inventory and won’t display the inventory. Started yesterday and I’ve tried logging out and logging back in. Still get the error message.

I can’t see my inventory on the app. Coming up with an error.

Says 0 items, so got a bit worried, but then I logged into the site on desktop mode and all my inventory etc is there. So just a problem with the app. Search functionality for buying still works, just the inventory doesn’t.

Edit: Now it’s working again. And the screen looks a little bit different too, so they might have been tweaking it.

They have some issues in their ability to timely rectify issues like this when they arise...

I had hoarded a few Rece Hinds cards this Spring...When he was popping off this Summer...I listed what I thought was a base auto...LITERALLY 30 seconds after listing it, I realized it was in fact a refractor auto, that was processed as a base auto...I went to pull it down, someone already scooped it up.

I contacted COMC immediately via chat, told them what happened...CS rep said this would definitely be returned to me b/c of the processing error, but the person that bought it from me reclassified it as Elite, and that for whatever reason they had to wait for it to go through that process before it was reversed...it took 2 weeks, got the card back.

I let them know that we all understand mistakes happen...but the fact that this took so long to rectify is amplifying the anger it will generate. Just like your situation...WEEKS went by before anything was done to correct what seemingly should be an instantaneous correction, baffling...worst thing is that nobody won. Hinds market cooled back down before it was back in my hands...was selling for $150-$200 on eBay during the 2 weeks it was in limbo, when I got it back, I sold it for $80.
