Is this how Topps cases typically go? After trying to recoup on eBay I’d be surprised if I got $500after fees.

I kept looking over and over to see if I missed a 1/1 or some ssp. Nope just a $hit case.
Who is the "no name bum" you speak of?

While not always consistent... both Topps and Panini have listed the events that the mat relics came from in the past. Its the other relics that are not from any event.

I agree with Noles... I was looking for event used mats which were common in the previous KO releases... and disappointed they did not list the event. He made a smart observation.

I pointed out it’s been going on for awhile with topps and captain dipshit replies with “no #@#@#@#@ Sherlock” yet I’m the douche lol.

Lol, yea hard to see. I can definitely make out the edges of a sticker for Khabib and Umar but it looks like Islam may be on-card.

They haven’t been doing it for awhile though. It’s quite literally the first time. Once again I’m talking about mat relics and not bat, jersey, shirt, etc. relics. Topps has been using the vague “not from any particular event, game, or season” verbiage since roughly 2009 but they have not done it with mat relics until now. If you know of another one make yourself useful and let us know!

You just keep saying the same thing over and over. It’s fine that you are saying ufc is different than every other sport topps publishes. I honestly don’t care about that.

Run your mouth reckless like that to people in public and see what happens Sherlock. We know you’re a keyboard warrior though so do you.

What on earth are you babbling on about? I’ve said “no s*** Sherlock” to numerous halfwits like you in real life. Like others have pointed out you are the one who’s in the wrong here.

Talk about keyboard warrior lol. What a cringe post. Why so sensitive about what he typed?

Back to the cards....Im still curious what kmangio's "no-name bum" auto is lol

Looks like Khamzat signed the actual mat itself on some/all of his mat relic cards and not the space marked for the auto lol AKA Ink and Pillars Of The Octagon autos look great, my fav outside of things like booklets. Seems Islam autos are a redemption, guess we'll see how Topps turnaround time is now vs Panini, Islam doesn't seem like the easiest guy to run up on and get to sign a bunch of on-card autos lol

Looking at sales it feels UFC's return to Topps has definitely been a buyer's market and not sellers. Panini felt like they promoted UFC cards better, plus you had the boom, outside box prices this feels a lot to me like before the pandemic when Topps still had the license, outside of a few big names you could find cards/autos pretty affordable. When you weren't paying $1000 for a Bo Nickal RC lol

Ahhh, ok, yeah I can't blame you that's pretty weak. I thought maybe it was a rookie with some good upside or something even if they aren't a top prospect.

He lost to Lopes, Ohh #14?! lol pretty sure I’m top 25. In all seriousness no one would want that as their case hit.

Pretty sure I'm top 25 got a real laugh out of me.

Just because you may like the guy and respect him taking a fight short notice, as noted he lost, is 1-2 his last three fights, is ranked #14, and likely nowhere near a title shot. Also he's 33 years old, I'd be upset if that was my case-hit too, even if someone one a message board wanted to buy it off me for cheap for PC lol

I don't know the full case-contents but I'm gonna take the fact it seems mangio is pretty versed in UFC his assessment of the case is correct

Disappointed sure. But calling him a “no name bum” isn’t correct. He may be a super casual though who only knows McGregor, O’Malley, etc. or is just mad and name-calling because he got skunked on his case which let’s be honest is going to happen to 90% of the people who buy a case.

I also wasn’t trying to get it off him for cheap. I asked him if he had a price in mind.

Not sure where to put this since I don’t think it deserves its own thread but Quinton Jackson is my favorite MMA fighter and I was perusing his cards on eBay and noticed he has autos in this year’s Leaf products. Not only is his auto vastly different than the way he’s been signing for the past 20 years or so buts it’s also vastly improved. Anybody questioning the authenticity on these?
