Glad I saw this thread. Bought a binder off Amazon this week and I gotta say, this is far more enjoyable than just keeping these in a cardboard box.

I just bought a 400+ card Chipper collection that was in a binder...and this has motivated me to move all my cards currently in binder pages, to toploader binders. I had to get an exacto knife out to cut out about 20 of them due to sticking to the pages. My Chipper collection is in toploader binder, but my Throwback uniform collection is in pages. Even if I have to buy more toploader binders the Throwback cards are getting moved into them also. What a pain.

Default I moved my PC into binders and it's increased my joy 100%

Heck yeah, let the binder revolution begin!

I’m onboard (I just switched from a 9 page 3-ring to a toploader binder).

You're not a real collector (or man) unless you're double stuffing those pockets.

Do these work with thicker topoaders?

Marvel not baseball, but went with a big ol binder…16 pocketer. Sleeved cards. Thing is heavy when full.

Problem with these portfolio binders is you can’t see the backs of the cards. Solution…collect two of everything just to display the backs.

It will take the average patient ch card in a top loader pretty easily. The one in the bottom right corner is a thicker patch auto.

Lots of topload binders on sale with Prime Deals. Some nice ones under $20 even. I ordered 5 more that hold 360 cards, instead of the ~250 for the ones I currently have.

This is something I’ve wanted to do for awhile for my Denard Span PC. Are the pages pretty flimsy when turning them, or are they pretty sturdy? Any issues with cards falling out of the side load ones when storing or flipping pages?

Not on the toploader binders I have. The toploaders stay tucked in the pockets, even though they side load. Pages are flexible, but I wouldn't call them flimsy. They won't turn like one solid page.

I brought my slab binder to a card show to sell off a bunch of stuff and everybody loved it lol, I guess they don't see them too often

Personally I'm a binder guy 100%, love being able to flip through my collection whenever versus sticking them all in a box somewhere

I added toploaders to every empty slot.

Thing is like a brick now and it holds everything real nicely, and without any slope from unfilled pages.

Having them in binders increases my joy as well.
Is that a cover on those binders or just the shape of the outside to those binders?

Been looking for some binder covers to protect from dust.

Which slab binder do you have? The vast majority of my PC is in slabs so I'm mostly interested in these.

I bought this one

https://www.amazon.com/Graded-Binder...st_sto_dp&th=1

This is only for PSA slabs so you'll need a different one for SGC at least (I've tested and they don't fit), not sure about BGS or any other small time grading companies

Other than that no real complaints, does the job

Is there an Ultra Pro binder that's thick enough to house a complete Topps set (S1, 2, and Update)? I want to do a bindered flagship set for each year my daughters were born, but would really prefer one binder instead of a binder for Series 1, another for 2, and so on.

There are binders on Amazon that carry up to 1200 cards, not topload, but will fit that many cards in sleeves.

If you get the Ultra Pro sleeves and a standard 6in 3 ring binder you’re good. It will fit S1, S2, Update, and the Stars of MLB set. 1 card per sleeve, no back to back. It’s what I’ve done for the past 3 years.

This thread inspired me to pick up a red cover version for my Michael Jordan cards. Thanks!
