The hit by pitch is soft contact?

Looked pretty wild and probably nervous. Second big league appearance and a massive spot. Suddenly Hinch not so genius.

Ill give you the bunt, that was very nice but the single and the hit by pitch seems like nerves.

Agreed, not the right spot for him. He was all over the place.

I agree w/ ya definitely some nerves there but everything hit including the bloop single that dropped in the OF was soft contact.

I also believe Tork made the only play he had going home, bad luck beyond the nerves.

Jackson Jobe decision was a huge gamble, that didn’t work out.

Torkelson made the right decision, but needs to make a better throw to home!

Riley Greene needs to put the ball in play in the 8th. He’s had a terrible day at the plate.

Unless Houston can mount a comeback, looks like an early exit

Houston gonna hate that Hader contract going forward, he’s so hit or miss throwing strikes. At least every other time I’ve seen him pitch he’s incapable of a clean inning. Last week he blew a pancake save iirc failing to record an out.

Would be pretty cool to see the Royals and Tigers move on to the next round. As long as somebody beats the Yankees

Feel like that was the tough inning. Bottom of the lineup now.

When did Seth Lugo go from serviceable reliever to ace starter?

Hopefully just about the end of the road for the Trashtros. They can duke it out with Seattle for the wild card next year and then fade into bolivian.

So she's an Astros fan now? She goes through a lot of "favorite" teams.

At least your team and fans can watch it from home.

That look on Altuve's face as he watched Detroit celebrate was priceless. I'm gonna see if I can find it on Getty Images and have it framed. I hope game 1 in Yankees Stadium the whole place breaks out in a F Altuve chant.

The Orioles having bases loaded with no outs may come back to haunt them in this game and end their season.

Everything I saw was weak contact and his defense failing him. Double clutch at 3rd on the bunt, double clutch from Vierling in the OF otherwise he'd have gotten him.

Good decision by Tork but a horrible throw.
