PFE is trending now… looks like they had some positive news related to a cancer drug. My position has been flat since buying it 3 months ago but I think I will add more on Monday unless it ends up spiking. Stock closed at $29.19 on Friday.

Crazy how well things are going the last week. I posted all time highs yesterday and today is another green day. Just reallocated my 401k and trimmed some of my trading account gains as well.

Bought back into NIO at $5.44. I also added to my NVDA and PFE positions in my trading account.

Completely exited my positions in DVN and CVS in my trading account.

Looks like we should get a solid green open. Could be a volatile day though… Do we close solid green?

The cocaine train might be back.

It’s crazy to think inflation won’t be adversely affected if the Fed cuts fast and furious here.

50bps seems irresponsible. None of this is going to help Main Street. Mortgage rates are *checks notes* up since yesterday at 6.15%.

Well mortgage rates aren’t tied to FFR

The market did most of the cutting for the fed, just look at what has happened to the 10yr

Indirectly, all rates are. Mortgage rates mostly follow the 10y. The 10y is driven by…

It’s one of the few ways rate cuts can possibly do something for the average Joe.

The 10yr is not driven by FFR if that’s what you were implying

I think it’s fair to just say a low FFR leads to low rates everywhere.

Is it?

The 10yr is set by the market.

The FFR is for nothing other than the overnight rate for commercial banks

If anything the market front runs the fed cutting rates and the FFR is only a reflection of what the market was already doing

Pretty amazing to see Nike get managed into the ground over the last 5 years or so. I can’t remember the last time I bought anything Nike. Truly awful quality products.

Added DRUG to my wishlist yesterday for kicks. A half hour into trading today and looks like only 100 shares have sold so far. Type of stock you need to set a limit order for… but still fun to watch. Thanks for sharing some tickers!

Like UPS here.

Bought shares and $140 Jan 2026 calls today.

Pre Covid highs as support. Left room to buy more lower if it falls.
