Ebay Bulk Label Printing Question

Hey everyone - I've checked and don't see this question asked, so if I missed it, apologies in advance.

Typically, when I purchase bulk labels, I also print the pick list just prior to printing my labels. In the past, that has kept everything in the same order as date purchased to coincide with the labels themselves.

In the past week or so, the pick list is still printing in the order purchased, however, my labels are now printing by bulking all of the ground advantage labels first and then ESE and so on.

Is there a setting somewhere I am missing to get the labels to print in order based on purchase date like previous?

Actually, that would be even better than printing the labels in the order of purchase. I think having them grouped like that would be great if the pick list matched.

Usually I'm pulling cards from inventory relatively quickly just going down the pick list, so it messes with the flow a little bit. Nothing earth shattering or anything - just a minor annoyance.

So I am trying to print out 6 labels and I keep getting the error shown in the pik . Anyone else having the same issue or a clue what to do.

I had to go in and print each one individually to get it to work.
