Default Questions about PSA submission

I've only ever submitted to PSA through PC Sports Cards, so submitting on my own is new and a little confusing to me. I am doing a little house cleaning and I have some odd ball stuff to submit as listed below.

- (2) Ticket stubs
I have built a submission on the website and printed the forms. I also included the research that they stated should be included. I want them authenticated, graded and encapsulated. I chose grading for the Submission Type.
- (1) Through The Mail (TTM) Mike Trout autograph
I want both the card and the auto authenticated and graded, so I chose Dual Grading.
- (1) 1989 Perez-Steele Celebration Post Card #28 Mickey Mantle Autographed, already Authenticated by BGS.
I want this crossed over to PSA but no grades. Only authenticated.
So, I chose Crossover, Dual (No Grades), with a minimum grade of Authentic.
- (1) Old Check signed by Joe Sewell
I have not entered this yet because I don't know what Item Type to enter it as. Need help with that?
It appears that I can submit the top four items together as it gives me that option now that I have them all entered. I do not know what Item Type to put for the check. Any suggestions? Also, Do I need to be a Collector's Club member to submit these items? I have not seen any indication of it yet but just want to make sure. Any other advice is greatly appreciated if you see I might have made the wrong choice for my items. Any reason not to send all these items in one package? I'm in no rush to get them back, as long as they make it back to me sometime.

The check would just be submitted as an autograph. I think you've made the correct submission types for all the others.

That's sort of where my confusion is. If I click the new submission button, it takes me to the "Select Item Type" page. There is no autograph type. The options are trading cards, oversized trading cards, coins & pins, packs, tickets, and Funko Pops. Once you select the type, you can then choose dual submission for autographs, but there is no option for just autographed item.

On the home page, I do see an option to submit autographs, but this requires me to print and fill out a form to be sent in with the item. Can this not be submitted online and sent with the rest of the items I have? I am not seeing this option, so that is why I am asking.

Thanks.

Correct, you have to use a different form.

Unless things have changed, you are not going to be able to submit the check authentication online. You will need to complete the manual form.
