Should've opened Bowman Chrome for that scenario to play out. I still have an unscratched blue BCRA-SO redemption that pains me to look at.

I think someday they may come through for you on that, seems like the tide is turning on these companies and these ridiculous expiring redemptions.

Not much to see from him on the bat, but glad to see the stolen base towards the end.

Prices are laughable but that Gold BCA is awesome! Hard to find an early # (under 10) of those. Thanks for sharing

I believe the asking price on the gold was 40 or 50k. The price on the blue wave was $7200.

I brought 2k and a bunch of cards to combine for a larger purchase. I did not buy a single card. Ebay prices are way better.

Yeah, I went to a local show (that had more higher end ohtani cards than your pictures) and it was the same situation. There was a blur between PC, HODL, and 'for sale' - and it showed in the pricing. It's hard to blame any of those groups since it has gotten to a point where any RC on-card licensed auto being listed for a remotely reasonable price is notable. It gets like this more and more every year.

I'm getting to a point where I value an unnumbered clean, bold TC/Finest traditional auto over a serial #d post TJ scribble. Very nice. Don't let that one go

I’ve always been a sucker for variations/sp/ssps in flagship. I’ve decided to make a run at collecting Ohtani’s. This is the first pickup. I thought this will be a fun way to break into the Ohtani scene! It’ll be a long time before I dive into the rookie variations though lol
