Running PSA Order Tracker

My March vintage special finally completed and shipped yesterday. I sent in 33 1965 commons for sets and thought most had potential for 8's and 9's. I ended up with 2 9's, a bunch of 8's and 7's, and a few that were under graded (IMO) but PSA seems to be very tough on vintage lately.

Here are the 2 9's. Nothing crazy but always nice to get a 9 on a card so old.

So, I sent 5 submissions in one box. A total of 11 cards. The order arrived on July 3 and since then it just shows Order Arrived. It's been 18 days and hasn't moved to Research & ID. I've never seen it take that long before, so any idea what's happening/issue with submission?

My most recent order was delivered per USPS on 06/12 but PSA shows 06/17. It had two orders in it and they went into research and ID on 07/03.

The value 1980-current is sitting in assembly already, but the dual service regular order is still in research and ID. With that said, I’d anticipate your orders to go into research and ID this coming week.

June 1980-Present Special arrived July 3rd and is still in Order Arrived status. I'm hoping it goes a lot quicker once it enters Research & ID.

UPDATE: First Grades Finally Popped on one of my orders. Such a strange processing considering this was one of the last to supposedly finished assembly. Pokemon 15 card order finished nearly 2 weeks ago and grades still haven't popped.

Looks like PSA has a real bottleneck in their Q&A Process from finished assembly to grades ready. Cards literally just sitting and sitting. Still, they finished well before the projected date, so I'm not complaining too much

When I open up the PSA app I can see a thumbnail image of the first card in each order (changes to the last card in each order when I refresh), but nothing when I click into the orders. So they seem to have the scans, they're just stuck. Anyone else having a similar situation?

I’ve had a 2 card value - dual service order in R&I since 07/03. The second card just started appearing when I refreshed two days ago, but still shows as “Images Coming Soon.” Order received per PSA on 06/17 but tracking shows it got there 5 days earlier.

Well to update my order here I am still in research and ID since June 6th. PSA has been trying to contact the operations team for 2 weeks. IDK how you can't get ahold of another department at ur company. Starting to look like my order is lost.

With the National being this week, I'd expect things to slow down. They pull a chunk of resources away to help with on site services. The orders I've had the past few years usually are a little delayed around this time.

I have two Modern Bulk submissions at PSA now. One has been in order prep since June June 28. The other has not even appeared on my order's page but was delivered July 7th.
The second order concerned me. so i reached out to PSA. It seems as if my barcode was damaged in transit or something similar and it has been moved to "no label" processing lane. Nevertheless in that message they also informed me that "We are currently working on mail received from 6/25 as we speak."

How does one access the List view of the order tracker that gets copy and pasted on the posts?

I just track the dates my order hits different parts of the grading process in an Excel spreadsheet.

I hate to have to do but going to need to send a message about several orders stuck in assembly between 2 to 6 weeks and a CRC of one card that's been stuck in grading for nearly a month.

Usually whenever I send a message about orders being stuck they do find a way to get them to complete, but I shouldn't have to do that. The fun part is going to be if they decide to complete them all around the same time for a whopping hit of $6200. I have it in my budget regardless but the idea of sending orders once every 2 to 4 weeks a person would expect to have those orders finish in order (yes, I know they never do).
