I was ok setting them off myself until I was about 20 when a neighbor accidentally shot a firework into our garage while we were in there and almost caught our house on fire. Since then it is just sparklers and snap n pops and smoke bombs. I do like watching them at the ballpark though on fireworks night but I won't shoot off anymore myself.

I watched the Boston Pops on TV last night and was surprised at how late the actual fireworks started (10:30).
