If I am not mistaken technically there is only 1 QA stage shown but there is 1 before grades are ready after assembly then I believe they do another before they ship it.

Correct when the CC is charged. Mine popped this morning. 50/52 gem. Good timing as I can unload most of that stuff before vacation in a few weeks.

I submitted a value order for 2 cards & it arrived on May 21. This was my first time submitting on my own.
The steps went pretty fast, grading took probably a day but it's been in assembly for probably about a week & a half. How long does that step usually take? I didn't write down the exact dates but considering research & id took a week and then grading took 1 day I was just kind of confused why this step is taking so long.

It can take weeks until they are done on the assembly stage. It looks like a lot of orders are stuck at this stage. When is your estimated completion time?

I just got off the phone with PSA, my order did arrive according to PSA receiving, USPS never did the delivery scan so when I enter the tracking number on where’s my package on the website it’s not coming up. But in my account my order says delivered June 20th

Mine in limbo since the 20th doesn't yet show up on my PSA orders list. They usually scan those in pretty fast. I'm pretty sure I put the bar code on there. I just sent them an inbound inquiry. Worst case, it's one of my lower value orders that was shipped with some insurance. But, maybe I use signature next time.

I know I put the bar code on there, though those things may get ripped off more often than we realize.

August 7 is est completion date, also when I look on desktop the assembly stage has a checkmark but then mobile its a clock

The checkmark means it's done being assembled and now someone needs to run your CC. That usually happens within a few days of the checkmark but I've had it occur the same day and a week later.

Funny, I'm in the same situation. I keep hitting the refresh button hoping for my grades to pop. I would expect the order to be completed closer to the estimated completion date; anything before that is gravy.

Yeah I saw that tweet they put out. I'm actually pretty upset about that. I got 4 cards in the new holders and I love them. Hopefully they can fix that soon

Yeah it's weird on desktop when I look at my orders theres a checkmark and on mobile on my orders its still a clock

I'm kinda nervous because one of the cards is a RWB Wemby and if it gets a 10 im assuming im getting up charged so I dont want to get it spoiled. Do they send upcharge emails?

Yeah. They will send an upcharge email if it qualifies, but sometimes they miss it. I got a 1989 UD Griffey PSA 10 on a bulk order and never got up charged

PSA confirmed they don't have my package. I put in a missing mail search with USPS but cannot file a claim for about another week.

Hopefully it just got misplaced at Newport Beach but given others are in same predicament, cannot rule out a sticky finger employee. I might just start using the PSA FedEx labels.
