Who care how this years Celtics team ranks amongst all time. Its a futile comparison outside of a vacuum. The facts are they were the best team of the 32 that played this year. For that they are champions.

If any other teams mentioned were any good, they would have been celebrating last night. They weren't. The best team this year was. It was the Celtics.

I never said they were the best Celtics team. The 86 Celtics were.

You can only play the team in front of you. The excuse they "didn't play anybody" is ridiculous. They either swept every team or had one single loss to everyone they played this post-season.

You can be bitter all you want. The celtics didn't injure Jimmy B, Donovan Mitchell or Tyrese Halliburton

He wanted it but Jaylen Brown kept him in check and made him work much harder than normal. Not physically able to overcome that.

We will see how he prioritizes those things moving forward. It was very clearly an issue against the Celtics.

He was clearly gassed during the finals - not hustling to get back on defense, missing free throws and causing confusion during their offensive setups.

Boston certainly gets credit for outplaying the Mavs, JB is the man and respect to the finals MVP.
