Must be new machines that can adjust to look like they're different? Those all look fake with the obvious stuttering

Or they are using several different pens and auto variations to make them look different/authentic.

Uh, what? They do not get to determine that, especially when the product itself has been misrepresented.

Would a bank chargeback work here or would delivery confirmation make that an easy denial?

These were probably going to be hand signed until his new Daughter in Law gave him some time-saving advice.

Maybe the heroes at Darren Rovel's CLT media will do a story!

The image on the website, with the "signed" ones on the table in front of him - every one of those that is clearly visible is allegedly signed in the top left. Every one that has been posted here has been "signed" lower left.

I sent a couple of sh*tty emails and was surprised to quickly receive not only a response but also the pre-paid fedex slip. Unlike Lil Wayne they seem to be quickly refunding on this one

I just received mine. Is there any reason to open or do I need to assume they are fake and ask for a return?

I'm waiting on mine and plan to return them unopened. I figure it gives them one less thing resist (open package).

I'll have mine tomorrow. Not opening the box or whatever they sent them in and just requesting a return.

Besides some being identical and with dots, you can also see "stutter" marks on most of the signatures.

I will add photos shortly.

So it seems they have a few autopen plates to vary the "signature".
It is just crazy that they would do this... not just Jon but anyone.

As far as I have seen the ones from the official website have all been autopen. So I will probably just return them unopened and not take the chance.

Ehhh.. anyone actually get a REAL one of these? I purchased four but obviously they'll be returned. Just seeing if there's a real chance - but probably not. Mine was a late order placed on his website just days before release.

From what u can gather, all US orders were auto pen while overseas and Amazon orders were legit.

I emailed today to complain and got a reply with a return label. I would advise anyone who is skeptical to just return it for refund and not deal with it.

It's ridiculous that this keeps happening. The product page for the signed CD clearly states 1 x Signed Art Card Insert Signed By Jon Bon Jovi and yet it seems many of the inserts are not in fact signed by Jon Bon Jovi. This sure looks like a clear case of false advertising if not outright fraud.

I got my return label this afternoon and they go back tomorrow. Nearly all eBay listings of these things are still sealed, telling you all you need to know. The very few that opened and posted the "signed" card, are the auto penned ones.

I was confident they were legit until they went back up for sale on his website and stayed available for weeks. Then they were being sold on Amazon UK as well. That's when I started to get worried until they posted a picture of him signing hundreds. Goes to show you the lengths of deception they will go for.

Which is bonkers to me. You would think orders thru his official site would be the legit ones. I mean, they ALL should be, but you get what I'm saying.

One of these people will get nailed with fraud charges, at some point. It's insane that these labels/agents allow this to even happen, knowing what the potential outcome could be.

An auto-pen is considered a legal signature, so I'm not sure what the charge would be? The President of the United States has even used auto-pens to sign bills into law.

False advertising, maybe? Showing Jon Bon Jovi signing a pile of inserts clearly suggests the inserts are going to be signed by him, not autopenned.
