Not that. I just buy the cards I can afford when I want them. I was lucky to get some early Judge autos before he got called up. I could never afford those or any of his other high end cards now.

I sold a 2013 Draft auto for $40 on here a long time ago. I live with that pain all the time.

I never sell my Yankee cards unless it’s a double but I have sold other cards that I regret, not necessarily because I undersold them but because they are hard cards to come by.

Not in the slightest. I've literally had 15-20 (or more) of them over the years. Back in the 80's I had one without anesthesia because it was desperately needed and I was without insurance at the time. The most uncomfortable experience of my life.

More uncomfortable than seeing Moldy post another tree picture?

Remember when Judge came up and struck out in half his at bats? That's when I sold for $40.

Just closed a $50,000 deal with a crane company in Eugene, OR. Currently booking a trip out to visit.

God I love my job.

I got it from a box I opened in 2013 and I don't remember what the box price was. I remember being mad that in the entire box I didn't pull any Nick Ciuffo for the PC.

That's awesome. Nothing like closing a deal.

One of the main reasons is not that you two are happy, it's what happens to the workplace if you two were to have a bad breakup. It disrupts continuity and it's only natural that coworkers will choose sides. That is why companies have policies regarding workplace relationships.

And the policy they have is that you can't be in a relationship where you are living together. That's the only policy they have.

Gotcha, was going to say it's still a plus if you made money, even if not as much as if you held.

Yep a .179 batting average doesn’t help sell cards.

I thought I found a sucker to pay $40 for it. My thinking was this tall dude will strike out a lot in his career if he gets back to the majors.

Hey at least you got 40 dollars for it. I remember when I was a moderator they used to give us packs from boxes they would open. I got 2 packs of bowman where Gordon Beckham was the hot prospect. Well I pulled the blue refractor autograph which I could’ve sold for 300 dollars. I didn’t sell it because it was from a pack I received as a gift. If you look at my eBay page it sits there to this day with a 60 dollar price tag if I remember correctly.

80 degrees and swampy out there right now. SSBs would be in full effect if you are working outside.

I probably have some base and maybe chrome sitting in a box somewhere. I had/have a bad habit of buying large lots and just putting them in boxes never to be seen again.
